Two year old 2,900 sq ft 3 Bedroom 4 Bath house located .6 miles to family friendly Ridgevale Beach. (Note: The living room can be reconfigures to create a 4th bedroom, see pictures).

The house has been described as having the charm of the Cape with all the modern conveniences. In addition to the Bedrooms, the house includes a fully equipped kitchen with a 13 ft island with five stools. A dining area that can seat six people is on the right side of the kitchen and a sitting area with a 40in Smart TV is located on the left side of the kitchen.

A living Rm with a queen size sofa bed can be closed off to create a fourth private sleeping area or left open to create a 1st floor open floor plan. A master bedroom with a king size bed, large closet and private full bath is located behind the sitting area towards the front of the house. A three quarter bath with laundry facilities is also located on the 1st floor.

A staircase located to the left side of the entrance hallway leads to the second floor family room which includes a sectional couch and 55in Smart TV. To the left when you enter this room is a suite. The suite includes a king size bed, a futon, a 40in Smart TV, a full bathroom and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker.

The third bedroom with a private bath is located to the right of the second floor family room. This bedroom includes a full size bed and bunk beds suitable for children. It also has an attached bath with shower.

A great room which is assessable from the suite or from a second staircase is located over the two car garage. This room includes a queen size sofa, two reclining chairs a 58in Smart TV, a 7ft combination table tennis/pool table, an electronic drum set and a desk with a computer monitor and printer.

A patio with gas grill, table and chairs is located behind the house overlooking a large yard.

Location:
Ridgevale Beach is .6 miles down Ridgevale Rd. Schoolhouse Pond is located on Sam Ryder Rd about 1 mile from the house. You will need a sticker to access these beaches by car. The bike rail trail is located less than 1 mile from the house. read more show less

    Lovely Family Stay
    Great location to Ridgevale Beach which is where we want to be. We come every year to visit friends and this has been our favorite rental by far. It was very clean. It was spacious for our family and within close proximity to our friends. We loved it and Don was a great host calling me before check in.

    Perfect vacation stay!
    The house is amazing. No detail was overlooked. The beds were comfortable. The house was well laid out to have some quiet time when needed but also to gather as a group when we wanted to all be together. From cooking dinner together in the well appointed kitchen to watching a movie together in the very comfy upstairs family room or gathering on the spacious patio, we THOROUGHLY enjoyed our time here. Everything we needed was available in the house and the grocery store was close by for shopping. Ridgevale Beach (0.6 miles away) is family friendly and offers nice sunsets. All that Chatham has to offer is close by. The rest of the Cape easily accessible from here. We had one minor issue which the home owner IMMEDIATELY addressed to our total satisfaction. We're already considering booking next years' trip and staying here. Thanks for a great home and a great trip Don.

    New Construction Historic New England
    Having been all over Cape Cod this is by and far the best rental experience my family has enjoyed. Often as quaint as the Cape can be the lodging tends to be old and outdated. This new house was very well planned and laid out to for the charm of classic New England while offering the amenities of a modern home. Our host, Don, was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this rental.
