Two year old 2,900 sq ft 3 Bedroom 4 Bath house located .6 miles to family friendly Ridgevale Beach. (Note: The living room can be reconfigures to create a 4th bedroom, see pictures).

The house has been described as having the charm of the Cape with all the modern conveniences. In addition to the Bedrooms, the house includes a fully equipped kitchen with a 13 ft island with five stools. A dining area that can seat six people is on the right side of the kitchen and a sitting area with a 40in Smart TV is located on the left side of the kitchen.

A living Rm with a queen size sofa bed can be closed off to create a fourth private sleeping area or left open to create a 1st floor open floor plan. A master bedroom with a king size bed, large closet and private full bath is located behind the sitting area towards the front of the house. A three quarter bath with laundry facilities is also located on the 1st floor.

A staircase located to the left side of the entrance hallway leads to the second floor family room which includes a sectional couch and 55in Smart TV. To the left when you enter this room is a suite. The suite includes a king size bed, a futon, a 40in Smart TV, a full bathroom and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. <br /> <br /> The third bedroom with a private bath is located to the right of the second floor family room. This bedroom includes a full size bed and bunk beds suitable for children. It also has an attached bath with shower.<br /> <br /> A great room which is assessable from the suite or from a second staircase is located over the two car garage. This room includes a queen size sofa, two reclining chairs a 58in Smart TV, a 7ft combination table tennis/pool table, an electronic drum set and a desk with a computer monitor and printer.<br /> <br /> A patio with gas grill, table and chairs is located behind the house overlooking a large yard. <br /> <br /> Location:<br /> Ridgevale Beach is .6 miles down Ridgevale Rd. Schoolhouse Pond is located on Sam Ryder Rd about 1 mile from the house. You will need a sticker to access these beaches by car.
