With four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath, and accommodations for up to ten guests, the home is designed for memorable vacations filled with sunshine, relaxation, and time together.

Days here unfold effortlessly. Start with coffee by the pool, wander down to the beach for a morning swim or afternoon on the sand, then return home for a leisurely lunch on the patio. The expansive pool area is a destination in itself, with generous space for lounging, outdoor dining, and evenings gathered around the gas fire pit. An outdoor shower makes the transition from beach to poolside easy, while provided beach gear and kayaks add to the fun.

Inside, comfortable furnishings and multiple gathering spaces allow everyone to spread out. The main level features a welcoming living room with television and breakfast area, a spacious dining room adjoining the well-equipped kitchen, a separate sitting room with television, and a convenient half bath. Whether preparing a casual breakfast or gathering for a summer dinner, the layout makes entertaining easy.<br /> <br /> Upstairs, the primary suite features a queen bed and private full bath. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, share a full bathroom. A spacious fourth bedroom suite above the garage offers a queen bed, two twin beds, and its own full bath, creating a wonderful retreat within the home. This suite is accessible by an exterior staircase or through the primary bedroom closet. All four bedrooms, along with the first-floor living room and den, have ductless air conditioning.<br /> Just two miles away, downtown Chatham beckons with its charming boutiques, acclaimed restaurants, galleries, and quintessential seaside atmosphere. Spend an afternoon exploring the village, visit Chatham Lighthouse, or simply settle in for another beautiful evening by your own private pool.<br /> <br /> With the beach just down the road, a heated pool at home, and everything that makes Chatham so special close at hand, this is the kind of summer escape guests return to year after year.<br /> <br /> Pool is open and heated from 5/15/27 to 10/2/27. 7 night minimum rentals, Sat. to Sat., from 6/26/27 to 8/28/27. 3 or 4 night minimum stays available during the shoulder seasons. All linens and towels are provided. No pets or smoking allowed. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a nonrefundable fee of $150 to $250, which covers administrative services and damage-waiver protection for up to $1,000 in self-reported incidental damage. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will contact you to explain the process for signing the required rental agreement. Additional damage protection is also required for this home. The preferred option is the purchase of damage insurance providing $5,000 in coverage. In lieu of purchasing this coverage, a refundable security deposit of $2,500 will be added to the reservation.
