We are hard working Cape Codders that maintain the cottage on our own. We are working other jobs but can usually get back to messages or calls in short order. We desire to make the stay as pleasant as possible and want to fix or replace any thing that might break or need attention.

What is special about this property?
We think the location is perfect due to the proximity to all that is special in Chatham and also there are 2 restaurants across the street and kayak/paddle board rental shop next door. The house is small but everyone who stays here says it has everything you need to enjoy time on the cape in any season. In the colder months we also have as the main source of heat a gas fireplace for those chilly nights.

What is special about your town?
Chatham is the quintessential Cape Cod town. As a life long cape resident I think Chatham is similar to the going to the islands without the inconvenience of the boat ride. There are plenty of niche shops and restaurants surrounded by some of the greatest beaches on the cape. Also the town is a year round destination with many of the shop's and restaurants open year round.
