    We had an absolutely incredible stay at this stunning Chatham home near Lighthouse Beach! The location could not be more perfect—just a short stroll to the sand and water, yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. The house itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style.

    Each of the three bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, which made it ideal for our group—everyone had their own space to unwind. The additional half bath was a nice touch for convenience. The layout of the home strikes the perfect balance between cozy and spacious, with plenty of natural light and elegant coastal décor that makes you feel like you're on vacation the moment you walk in. Water views from every room in the house!

    The kitchen was fully equipped for meals at home, and we especially enjoyed gathering in the open living and dining area after a day at the beach. The outdoor spaces were equally inviting—whether sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or enjoying the sea breeze in the evening.

    This property truly delivers on every level: location, comfort, and luxury. We couldn't have asked for a better home base in Chatham. The owners were very responsive and highly attentive...can't wait to return to Little Beach Road! Highly recommend for families, couples, or friends looking for the perfect Cape Cod getaway!
