This lovely townhouse is conveniently located between down town Chatham and Harwich center. It's located close to some of Chatham's best swimming beaches too! The main floor offers a cozy living room with a 40" TV, a 1/2 bath, and a combination dining area/kitchen. On the second floor you will find one room with two twin beds, one with a queen, and a full bathroom with a tub. The finished basement has a bonus space for relaxation and added sleeping accommodations (two twins). The private outdoor patio area with gas grill is a lovely place for unwinding with family and friends. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
