Spend your vacation just 50 yards from the beach at this south facing waterfront property located on Nantucket Sound in South Chatham. Our cottages have everything your family will need for a relaxing get-away.

We are in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous 180-degree view of Nantucket Sound. The house has 3 bedrooms - two upstairs (one queen bed, one with two twin beds) and one on ground floor (two twin beds). There are two full bathrooms, with a bathtub on the second floor and a walk-in shower on ground floor. There is also an outside hot/cold water shower, plus a full size living room, dining room, and kitchen.

The living room has 2 full size sofas, coffee table, some side chairs, and a high definition television with YouTube Live TV available. The dining room has chairs for 6 people to eat comfortably together. The full kitchen is equipped with cookware, dinnerware, glasses and utensils, as well as a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). In front of each house is a patio with a gas grill, a table, umbrella and six chairs, so you can enjoy the water view from inside or outside.<br /> <br /> The house has high-speed Wi-Fi internet, heat and central air-conditioning, and a clothes washer and dryer for your own use. Parking is available for two cars.<br /> <br /> The owner's residence is on the property at the end of the driveway. A second identical cottage is also available for rent on the property (ID#15198). The private beach is shared by the three homes and is accessible by a 40-step staircase. It has clean sand and a gentle slope into the warm water of Nantucket Sound. The beach is perfect for swimming, walking and relaxation. There are beach chairs kept at our private beach for your use.<br /> <br /> Bring your own sheets and towels.     I have been coming to this special place since I was born and am now lucky enough to live here year round. I have owned this property by myself since 2009; in 2011 I updated everything. That is brand new buildings with all the comforts one would want: two (2) full bathrooms, A/C and heat, wireless internet - all the comforts of your own home. I love this spot and I know you will as well.


    What is special about this property?
    This property is located directly on Nantucket Sound with an 180 degree view, nice sandy beach and a very quiet neighborhood. A place to enjoy Cape Cod at its finest. Your outdoor patio provides the view and a place to grill and enjoy your evening meal; plus a nice bench at the top of the bluff so you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink.

    What is special about your town?
    Chatham is the quiet town on Cape Cod; lots of nice shops downtown and great viewing spots to enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as Nantucket Sound. Good restaurants in town and nearby areas. This is the area people most want to visit.
