There is a pullout queen size sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom, which also overlooks the wooded area, has a king size bed. The second bedroom, which overlooks the back yard, has a full size bed. A spacious, modern kitchen has a slider and a window providing abundant natural light. A small landing through the slider is the perfect spot for morning coffee in the backyard. A large Maple tree provides shade for the privately fenced backyard. A private outdoor shower is perfect after a salty, sandy day at the beach. There is an attached garage for you to store your bikes. It is an easy walk, 1/3 of a mile, to the Chatham Angler's baseball field and 1/2 mile to Oyster Pond beach.

This property is within walking distance of Downtown Village Shops, Restaurants, Cape Cod Baseball League Games, Town Playground, Railroad Museum, Bike Trail, and Oyster Pond Beach (a saltwater bay). Oyster Pond Beach is also known as Children's Beach, a very calm body of water popular with families who have young children. Friday night band concerts in town are a popular event for all ages.

    Perfect location!

    Beautiful clean home with a great private backyard. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Beds were really comfortable as well. A CVS and a small grocery store are right next door which was very convenient. Easy walk to explore oyster pond area as well as Main Street Chatham. Would definitely rent here again!

    Great Location

    Property is in great condition. Has everything. Very spacious for two bedrooms. Loved the backyard. Walk to town or to Oyster Pond beech. Clean and no issues whatsoever. A CVS with groceries is just around the corner The only gripe was that there was some construction going on nearby and it was somewhat noisy in the morning. But other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed it.

    I LOVE traveling and exploring new places, but Chatham will always be my favorite.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is steps away from downtown Chatham, a beautiful town. No need to find parking downtown, because this property is so close. Main street is lined with lovely shops and restaurants. The library, churches, and movie theater are sprinkled between the shops and restaurants on Main street. Chatham Band, popular with all ages, plays Friday nights at Kate Gould Park in downtown Chatham, weather permitting. Veteran's Field is home to the Chatham A's, a collegiate summer baseball team that is part of the Cape Cod Baseball League (East Division). No need to drive to the beach, it is a short walk. Want to bring bikes for the bike trails? Shelter them in the garage! This property is on a quiet road (i.e. minimal traffic) off of main street, with a cul-de-sac, 7 homes in total.

    What is special about your town?
    Chatham is considered the ''elbow of the Cape'', surrounded by a variety of beautiful beaches such as Oyster Pond, Lighthouse Beach, Hardings Beach, and many more. If you prefer fresh water, Schoolhouse Pond and White Pond are lovely. The Chatham Fish Pier has an observation deck for visitors to watch fisherman unload their catch. For the golfers, Chatham Seaside Links is open to the public. Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge has a pristine beach trail with beautiful views. The Cape Cod Bike Trail , which is paved, can be accessed from Chatham (less than .5 mile from the property) to Dennis or Wellfleet, more than 25 miles long.
