Spacious, sunny condo in a small eight unit complex. The condo sits on a quiet private road and features a large backyard area. There are two bedrooms, two baths, in a terrific location. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Open, sunny living room and dining room. Deck off the dining area, overlooking a large back yard. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms with window A/C units. Full size washer and dryer. This condo is near one of Chatham's most popular beaches. Ridgevale beach is very family friendly. It features a safe small, shallow inlet that’s perfect for young children. This beach also features a great snack bar. Enjoy strolling in Chatham's quaint downtown area. Chatham Light is a popular attraction on the east side of town, and will occasionally offer tours.. Chatham also has some popular bike paths with bikes available to rent in town. The Chatham Anglers (part of the Cape Cod Baseball League) play at Veterans Field, which also has a small playground that many kids enjoy. Every Friday night in Kate Gould Park, the infamous Chatham Town Band plays. It is something people love seeing, and it will be the highlight of your summer here in Chatham.

Vacationers may either chose to bring their own linens or they can be rented through http://www.capelinenrentals.com

    Great stay!

    Couldn't have had a better experience. Great communication with the owner, very kind and considerate. We loved how spacious and perfect it was for our family. Beautiful back patio area, clean, peaceful...neighborhood was so quiet and relaxing. Very clean place, homey decor...my little guy absolutely adored the beautiful paintings of lighthouses and cape cod landscapes, he will miss seeing them each morning the most! Will for sure be back for another visit!!
