This rental home consists of 2 master suites each featuring a full bath with oversized showers. The shower off of the King Bedroom features double shower heads for a spa experience!! The King bedroom is found over the garage and the Queen bedroom is downstairs at the opposite end of the house.
This fantastic home also features two guest/bonus rooms. One room (above the main portion of the house) features two brand new Twin size pull out sofa chairs with extremely comfortable foam mattresses (updated pictures to come) - and one room (downstairs) features a brand new Queen size pull out sofa couch (also comfortable foam mattress). Either room with a pull out sofa couch/chairs can be utilized easily as a bedroom, a tv room or child's playroom, or for an adult seeking a private space (or two) to work remotely during vacation. With the setup of 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offering plenty of privacy for all, this home is the perfect choice for two families, one large family looking for a spacious getaway.
The downstairs living area is open concept and features a cathedral ceiling with two large newly-installed solar-operated skylights that brighten the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Step out of the kitchen through the sliding glass doors onto a new, composite material, oversized deck (no splinters!) and enjoy the privacy of the large back yard. Also included is an oversized (attached) two-car garage and a huge, private, outdoor shower on the far end of the deck.
Our wonderful home is located just under a mile to both Forest Beach and Pleasant Street Beach (Nantucket Sound beaches with no paid parking sticker requirement). Chatham's bike path is just 250 feet away, so bring your bikes!! A wonderful locally-owned Chatham ice cream shop (Short 'n Sweet) is just an easy stroll down the bike path. You could also ride your bike to the center of town, stopping along the way for breakfast at a popular airport restaurant (Hangar B) where you can enjoy watching the planes take off and land during your meal! Also, an easy walk in the opposite direction are two popular local restaurants (Drifters & Pisces) and a gift shop (Christmas Joy).
