Charming Yet Spacious Cape Ranch w/Central Air Conditioning

This is our second year renting this wonderful house from Jerry for a week on the Cape. Everything thing was as we remembered and the new deck floor was a hit with everyone . The house has everything you would need in the kitchen and the bathroom, including so many supplies. Every room is beautifully decorated and the entire house is very clean. The washer and dryer are so appreciated. The area is very quiet and all the people we met are very friendly. The house is in a great location for traveling around the Cape. We all had a great time and are already looking forward to next year. We consider this as our home away from home . Thank you again Jerry.

Another wonderful (year 3) stay at Jerry's house, and it looked great! We were so happy and surprised to see some updates, such as the living room couch, end tables, lamps and a new fridge. We lucked out with beautiful weather after a rather soggy summer. Can't wait to return next summer!

I'm starting off writing this review and calling the review Jerry's House because this is our second year as a family renting. Our grandchildren talk about going to Jerry's house at least a few months before going. The house is perfect for us. It has everything you need. It's very clean, and he provides most everything you need. The neighborhood is a great family area. Jerry is very kind and attentive to all needs. We will be back again next summer. We already miss it. Thank you for a great two weeks!

This house and property were exactly as we viewed on this site. The property is beautifully maintained, the back deck has enough space with a large table and plenty of chairs and the house was extremely clean and the furnishings are not only inviting but very well kept. The kitchen has everything you need and so does the bathroom. It was great to have the washer and drier to use. Central air makes a big improvement over just having fans in each room. All of us felt so very much at home and are looking forward to coming back. Jerry, our homeowner, did contact us when we arrived to make sure everything was okay and that we felt welcomed. We had his telephone number is there was any problem. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call from him on our way home. He was checking if everything had been okay during our stay and to wish us safe travel to home.
We could not have asked for a better place to rent. It was perfect.

This was our second year renting Jerry's Place, our family loves the location, the house is clean well taken care of and very comfortable. We love the proximity to the beach, restaurants and attractions. We have already put our request in for another week next year!

This was our second year renting from Jerry, and again, he did not disappoint! The house looked great( the re-done bathroom was a nice surprise). We had everything we needed to make our 2 week stay feel like home. Jerry does a wonderful job of checking in to make sure his guests are accommodated and happy. We will be back in 2023! Jerry communicates very well, check on our arrival. The new bath and shower were great.
Jerry has instructions for all renters that he expects them to follow. Was very hot and the central air was such a relief. Unfortunately the grill was not cleaned by previous renters after they used it. We just did not feel it was safe to ignite( grease). We would rent again but would insist the grill be cleaned.

We spent two weeks at Jerry's. This was our first time renting here. We had a great time. House was equipped with everything we needed. Great neighborhood, with nice neighbors and easy access to everything. We plan on coming back next summer. Jerry was very easy to deal with! See you next summer!

We have been renting on the Cape for 13 years. This was our first time renting in Dennis Port with Jerry and we are so happy we did! The house had everything we needed to accommodate us and our guests. The central air, the spacious kitchen, the back deck, outdoor shower and washer and dryer were "musts" when we were looking to book. Your home did not disappoint! We felt comfortable there immediately and settled in nicely for our 2 week stay. We will definitely be back for summer 2022 and we can't wait! Thanks, Jerry!

We have rented on the Cape for many years and decided to try a different place this year. Best decision I've made. The house is perfect for a vacation rental. Close proximity to Nantucket sound. Beautiful deck with outdoor grill. Nice outdoor shower. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Central air and laundry are very welcome perks!

Most importantly, owner Jerry is so nice and easy to communicate with. I feel he went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed to have a great vacation. Thank you!!

Rental house was perfect! It was very clean and equipped with everything. It was nice to have all the amenities since we were traveling from Florida we didn't have to pack so much. We enjoyed the deck and the laundry and central air conditioner was a big plus!

Great house, AC, TV's in every room...Great neighborhood 10 min walk to beaches. We have been staying here for the past several years and really enjoy it...you will too!

We had an excellent time at the Cape. The accommodations were outstanding. We definitely are planning to stay again next year to enjoy our glorious time at the Cape in this great cottage. The deck was amazing and so comfortable, it was great to just sit out, without noise and cool calming winds.

The drive to the beach was grand- less than a mile to Sea St or the Haggis. The restaurants were all so close: The Sailing Cow, The Den, 28 Club, Chapin's and Royal Pizza. All were very good. Chapin's had live music; The Den has great drinks and a great bar menu. Royal Pizza was awesome. Sailing Cow had a great happy hour. The 28 club is like one of your neighborhood bars where everyone knows your name.

Jerry is a great owner, was always available for any questions we had, very pleasant to talk to. Cannot wait to get back to enjoy our glory days at Jerry's place.

We loved Jerry's house! This is the twelfth year my sister and have been coming to the Cape, staying in a variety of different cottages. This one is one of the best we've stayed at.

Everything was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had every amenity we could possibly need. We loved sitting on the patio enjoying all the different bird songs. Other than the sounds of the birds, the patio was very peaceful and relaxing.

We also loved the proximity to all the places we went to, including, beaches, shops and restaurants. Including Sundae School!

Jerry, We had an amazing vacation, your house was excellent, you have everything there, very warm and plenty of room, your calls were great to make sure we had everything and needed anything. I have been coming to the Cape for years. By far the best place we have stayed. We had a great extended stay, it was a pleasure dealing with you, and we look forward to coming back next year.

Excellent home to stay with a family. Jerry's place has it all: Central air, televisions in the bedrooms, puzzles, games, so many amenities to keep the family content. The kitchen is well equipped to cook any meal, just buy the groceries. The house was in a great location. Plenty to do in the area: beach days, restaurants, long drives, shopping, and or just hang out on the deck. Jerry is a great host, and the experience was more like staying at a friend's place than renting from a stranger.

My family of five stayed in this house this past summer and it was exactly what we were looking for! The location is fantastic - in a quiet neighborhood that's close to restaurants, ice cream shops, beaches, mini golf. And the house had everything we needed - cookware, washer and dryer, grill, beach chairs - even a fresh herb garden! The house is in great condition and Jerry was awesome - responded to all my emails very quickly, checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay again!

Jerry's rental house was perfect! I stayed with 5 of my girl friends, and we enjoyed it so much. It had everything we needed from beach chairs, a grill, washer and dryer, and even fresh herbs! It slept all of us comfortably, and it's a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and other shops. We used the bikes, outdoor shower, and kitchen essentials, as well. Jerry is a great host. He called a few times to make sure we had what we needed and asked if everything was what we expected. Highly recommend this rental!

Thanks for everything, Jerry. We had a lovely vacation. The Cape was wonderful, we walked the beaches, ate seafood every day and shopped at three of the four quality yarn shops, contributing to the economy. The only downside compared to the summer was the closing of the ice cream places, but Ben and Jerry's was open with great sundaes in Hyannis and Hagan Daz was a very acceptable substitute from the supermarket.

I turned down the thermostat to 50, but I didn't change the programming that was there when we arrived so the temperature will fluctuate over 24 hours.

Enjoy your fall and winter. We'll be coming back I hope next summer, and I'll be in touch soon to confirm.

We loved staying at Jerry's cottage! Three bedrooms, a living room, an eat-in kitchen and a deck gave our group of three adults, two teens and a pre-schooler lots of space to be together without being crowded. The rooms are attractive and comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped—don't bother bringing anything, Jerry has it! I loved the deck and walking to the beach early in the morning, the teens loved movies in the living room at night, and Dennis Port is right in the middle of the Cape with easy access to bike trails (and bike shops for rentals), ferries to the Vineyard and Nantucket, beaches, restaurants, the all-important ice cream, and even a lovely yarn shop in Dennis. We had a wonderful time, and the cottage made a perfect home base, especially with central air as we were there during a heat wave. Jerry was very helpful, even calling me a day ahead to say the cottage was available as early as we wanted to arrive in the morning. We love the Cape and have stayed in several cottages; this is our favorite and we definitely want to come back.

Coastal vibe and comfortable living space for 5 adults (2 parents, 3 adult "children") at a GREAT rate; We only needed food, sheets and towels (beach and bath)--everything else was supplied from coffee filters and herbs/spices to washer/dryer and beach buckets. Location is convenient to all fun Cape stuff! Thank you, Jerry!!

Great restaurants close by and a really nice beach about a mile away. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of pillows. Very comfortable. Didn’t want to leave...

I tend to be short on words. The title says it all, Jerry is easy to deal with, and the house works for us.

We rented this house for a long week-end with 2 kids. We had a very good time! The house is very comfortable and big with 3 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was very convenient and right near the patio so it was perfect s we ate outside all our meals. We used some of the beach toys and the beach is so close we could go by foot.

We also loved the outside shower for when we came back from the beach.

We had a perfect time in this very quiet house. Jerry was very helpful, sending us back a deposit check 2 weeks after the rental. He was really easy to communicate with and very nice.

We had a wonderful vacation. The weather was great! We went whale watching and toured a cranberry bog. Both activities we would recommend to other vacationers. Your house was well equipped as usual. It was cool with the fans (both window and rotating) that are provided. It as so nice to sit on the deck to enjoy our meal that we barbecued on the grill. The herb garden was an added treat. We will definitely be renting again.

This is a well kept home on a quiet street in a very convenient location. The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Close to the beach, kayaking, and bike trail - all just within a very short drive or bike ride. For our first trip to Cape Cod, Dennis was a good, central location to have as home base as we explored the towns along the cape. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a Cape Cod get-away.

We've been vacationing at the Cape for the past ten years. This year we decided on renting a house for the extra space, comfort and no interruptions from maids and room service! What a wonderful choice! Jerry's home is clean, welcoming and very well stocked with anything you could need. The area is so quiet and peaceful and very close to everything; shopping, beaches and dining. You will not be disappointed with this home; we highly recommend it. Hope to see you next year Jerry!!

Great house with plenty of room inside the house and out. Close to all the attractions and beaches. Outdoor shower is a great addition and having the washer and dryer is an added plus. Would highly recommend this rental house.

We having been renting in Dennisport for several years, along with many families and friends in the area. This year we decided to try a different house, and I am glad to say we were very happy that we did! This house was clean and comfortable. The amenities that were supplied with the house made it even more of a great experience. It was like being at home. We enjoyed the bikes you supplied for us, and the gas grill was put to use almost nightly, with your fresh herbs of course! Jerry was readily available for any initial questions we had while setting in which was great! We are looking forward to our return trip next summer! Did I mention the house was CLEAN?

I broke my ankle in Bar Harbor, Maine, the day before we were scheduled to arrive at this lovely Cape Cod Ranch House in Dennis Port, MA. My sister and sister-in-law decided to complete our New England vacation despite my injury. Jerry called us everyday to see how we were doing and he suggested lots of activities that I could be involved in. The other girls rode bikes on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and brought take out Lobster dinners to the house. They also walked to the beach and visited with the neighbors, spotting turkeys in someone's yard! Jerry suggested the best places to watch the sunset! The house was perfect for my recovery - so comfortable and everything accessible with a walker. We all loved the quiet neighborhood and the street filled with lovely Cape Cod homes built in the 1960's. I felt cared for and surrounded by love! I hope we can go back next year and we'll definitely rent this house again! It was perfect for us. 5 Stars

We had a marvelous vacation. The weather was awesome and the accommodations were just as great. Your house is located in a perfect spot for doing numerous activities - going to the beach, seeing the stunning Cape Cod vistas, shopping, eating out, and numerous other fun activities that are great for children. Your house is great for all and the neighborhood is very good for children. We like having fans throughout the house plus extra televisions in the bedrooms. We plan on returning, for our third year, to your home in August. You offer everything someone needs to have a wonderful vacation. We would definitely recommend this rental home to everyone. 5 Star rating

It was my third vacation in this house. There will be a fourth one next summer because there is no need to look elsewhere when these vacations were just perfect each time. Everything you need or even could need is there to make your stay easy. Food stores,wine store,farm for fresh veggies from the garden, restaurants and beach are close to the house. Quiet surrounding and nice neighbours make you feel most welcome.

My family of four and I stayed at Jerry's house for seven days. It was the perfect place to enjoy ALL that the Cape has to offer. It was easy to access West Dennis Beach as well as Princess Lake. We loved the back deck and grill and the layout of the cabin was PERFECT! The outdoor shower was a plus and the neighborhood was so quiet we slept with the windows open all week!!!

We enjoyed our stay at your house. Good location, low traffic, great for children of all ages, well stocked, convenient to beaches and other activities. We really liked having television sets in all bedrooms. An added plus was the fans found throughout the house. We highly recommend this rental. We're going back next year.

This house is clean, organized and efficient. We enjoyed our stay so much more than we thought possible. I guess we've been staying in the wrong houses! Everything we needed AND things we didn't think we needed (but did). The owner of this home is truly thoughtful and looks after the details that make a week on the Cape...perfect. We will be back!

The house came fully equipped, we didn't need anything other than groceries. It had every pot and pan you could need and lots of dishes, bowls, etc. for entertaining. Beds were new and comfortable and the house spotless. The deck and backyard were lovely and we enjoyed playing games out there until sunset. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We arrived in the middle of a heat wave, but the house came with plenty of fans. We didn't buy a weekly beach pass as we wanted to visit different beaches, but it was easy to drop off chairs and towels, etc. via car, then drive back to the house and bike back. Our favorite was West Dennis beach - beautiful. it was also an easy drive up to the National Seashore beaches.
