STROLL TO THE BEACH only 5 houses away. Sip coffee in the sunny, oversized, eat-in kitchen/livingroom with water views. Dine on the large deck with a roomy outside shower. The boat launch is nearby, bring your canoe/kayak to meander down the Swan River or sail off into Nantucket Sound. Catch dinner by fishing off the jetty for striped bass. Walk the beach to the historic Lighthouse Inn to enjoy the resort's watersports and waterfront dining.

The cottage is cozy, with many original features. Master bedroom with king size bed and half bath, one bedroom with a queen and twin beds, the third has two twin beds. Full bathroom including bathtub/shower. Additional enclosed outside shower.

Quiet family friendly neighborhood. Much of the neighborhood is owner occupied.

Linens can be included for an additional fee.
