Waterfront Cottage on Kelley's Pond

This year was our second time at the home( my first review goes with the same title). And Iwe all were very pleasantly surprised to see that the outside shower had a privacy enclosure built on a patio. What a great touch! The outside shower has officially become our favorite feature of the house together with the great living/dining are on the top floor enclosed in glass windows and doors all around the perimeter of three walls, and the deck around the second floor. Great place to be with a great comoany, to have dinners and to play games, or just to sit outside on the deck, and relax, and enjoy the sun and a nice breeze from the lake. A close proximity to the West Dennus,Beach also a goid factor.
We enjoyed our stay this year just as much or maybe more as the last year. Thinking about next summer already. show more show less

If you are looking for a quiet, off the beaten path place, with a stellar view, this is it. Kelly's pond is great for swimming, paddle boarding. I love the central location, and all mid-cape has to offer. The house is well equipped, nestled in the woods in an exceptionally quiet space, and very private. The management team is extraordinary, and available. I come back year after year, great place to recharge batteries.

We are very satisfied of our stay. We were not expecting too much according to the low price. But we had an amazing surprise at our arrival. The deck all around the house !!!! Wow. Private access to the pond. Big Windows all around!!!
Clean, well furnished. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Sheets and towels good quality. Comfortable mattresses.
We were 3 adults and a baby. We put our crib in the little area where the day bed is Next to our bedroom.
There is no A/C but a lot of fans.
Note: bathroom is downstairs with the bedrooms and the kitchen and livingroom upstairs. So a bit of exercise taking the stairs often. Maybe not recommended for elderly people.
Neighbors are quiet too.
Quiet neighborhood, we don't hear anything. No car noises.
Truly Walking distance to west dennis beach by the small streets, no need to walk on the main street so it's safer. And you save 30$!!! show more show less

We vacationed on Cape Cod for a week end if July beginning of August. We have done it for 20 years every summer with the exception of a couple of years.
We stayed here for the first time. The house is very unique in its floor plans. The bedrooms are downstairs abd the living room/ dining room and kitchen as well as access to the deck are upstairs. The upstairs was the place where we spend our time together at breakfast and dinner times, and played games in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped, and has pretty much everything one needs to cook healthy and delicious meals.
One big attraction of the house, besides a very wonderful deck, is the outdoor shower. And it is so great to take a shower on a hot day after the beach and feel that slight wind toching your hair....We are all big fans of an outdoor shower.
Overall, a great home to be, great deck with a view on a lake. We had a good time. show more show less

This is a hidden gem. We rented this beautiful home on Kelly's Pond for a week in July. The location is perfect, quiet and tucked away home on a salt water pond where you can kayak, swim, fish or canoe. The wrap around deck makes watching the sunrise or set that much more beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need plus the deck has a table for eating outside. My only regret was not bringing binoculars to watch the birds.

Our two teenage children enjoyed the pond but also loved being close to the inflatable water park, shopping and countless other Cape Cod activities. For the adults we made a trip to Truro - only one hour's drive - to the Vineyards for a wine tour and tasting. show more show less
