remodeled in 2021, 3 bedroom - 1 1/2 bath ranch in Quivet Neck area of East Dennis. 6/10 mile to Sea Street beach, 8/10 mile to Cold Storage Beach and 1/2 mile to Crowes Pasture with miles of walking trails/beach.

Living room with fireplace and 55" smart TV. Large kitchen with dining area. There is also a separate den and screened porch. Sliding doors that go to the deck off the back of the home to outdoor shower. Central Air was added in 2022.

The house is off the main street that goes to Sea Street beach and is a quiet area with woods in back of house. There are quiet times in this area after 10PM.

Small in-ground wading pool, 41 inches deep. Pool is open from Memorial Day thru September. Pool is not heated but has solar cover.

    Very quiet and private location. Large yard, nice pool, close to the beach and walking trails. Relaxing sunroom to read and drink wine overlooking the pool.

    We stayed here with our 5 year old and it was a perfect spot. The house is on a very quiet street, safe enough to ride bikes, etc. The kitchen has a nice, large fridge and there is plenty of space between the open kitchen/dining, living room and two sun room areas. It was also nice to be able to do our laundry before heading home.

    The wading pool is great for little ones since there is no "deep end" and we were able to get more out of our vacation by spending half our day at the beach and the other half at the pool once we needed a break from the sun and sand. The nearby beach had parking most of the time and when it didn't, it was close enough to the house to just walk anyway. Our son loved the nearby beach where the tide went out and he could find lots of little sea critters to put in his bucket to watch all afternoon.

    Great Location
    September 2021

    We loved walking the trails to the ocean and oyster farms. Beach area was a short walk from the house. Pool was refreshing and the area was nice and quiet. Great shopping nearby. Plan to book again next summer.
