Excellent Location on Mid-Cape. Updated house in Dennis, sleeps 10, central AC, fully furnished.

This is a one floor house with master suite bedroom with soaking tub and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and third bedroom with three single beds. There is also a finished basement with one single and one double bed, plus the pull-out couch, extra room for kids to play and watch TV. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooktop and built-in microwave/oven combo. For coffee drinkers, there is a DeLonghi espresso coffee machine available, where you can make cappuccinos, lattes or just regular coffee. The backyard is fenced in with a pool, fire pit and a grill for your family to enjoy.

The West Dennis beach is 2 miles away and bike path is 1 mile away, easy access to highway. Close to restaurants and everything Dennis Port has to offer.

This is a minimum of three days stay during off season and weekly Saturday to Saturday during the months of June, July and August.

No pets allowed.

Note: there is a separate in-law suite apartment attached to the house with separate entrance and locked from the main house, currently occupied by a very quiet tenant that you will never know he is there.

    Our family lives on the Cape since 2006. We have two boys. We love the Cape and all it has to offer. We love to travel, spending time at the beach, trying delicious food at local restaurants.
