After many years of being renters on the Cape, we are finally owners and we want to share our home with you! We want our renters to be able to just pack their bags and have everything they need for a relaxing vacation. We have all of the beach essentials for our guests, a huge side yard for games, a back patio for grilling and fires, and no Cape house would be complete without an outdoor shower! One paddleboard will be available for use.

Our home has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms have one queen each and one bedroom has 2 queens, we have a beautiful eat in kitchen with everything you need, a sunroom perfect for coffee or cocktails, a finished basement with a ton of games including air hockey, darts, Golden Tee, and tons of card and board games!

We take so much pride in our home and we understand that vacations are expensive and we will do everything we can to make sure you have a great one!

We can't wait to share our property with you and your family and friends!

    We loved this house so much, may be the best we have stayed in! The beds are super comfy and the basement & backyard are great. This house had everything we needed.

    We have owned this home on the Cape for a year and prior to that they used WeNeedAVacation to find our summer rentals!
    We live on the South Shore about an hour away from our Cape House, we have two children and hope one day to make this home our home away from home, but in the meantime we want to share it with renters, just like others shared their home with us!

    What is special about this property?
    We know what it is like to rent so we want to make our home as comfortable, convenient, clean for our renters, as well as having everything you need for the beach! Towels, beach chairs, coolers- so you can literally just pack your bags and we have provided the rest!

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis has so much to offer, Bayside and Nantucket Sound beaches, restaurants and bars, ice-cream, movie theater, shopping and close to so many other awesome Cape towns!
