We had a fantastic week staying on the cape in this home!! The neighborhood is a quiet dead end street. Plenty of room in the home to spread out and relax! Kitchen has a nice layout and is well stocked! A great deck off the back door which is a great morning spot for coffee and relaxing. The two sets of stairs off the deck have child/pet gates that are a great touch, and provide peace of mind! Beds are comfortable with no complaints from anyone!! They have everything you need for the beach!- a cool cabana( check out a YouTube video on how they work), beach chairs, toys for kids and big kids! There are several golf courses near by. We played the Pines and the Highlands. We never felt like we were very far away from anyplace we wanted to go. The rail trail isn't far, and the garage provides a great place to store your bikes when not on a ride.

One restaurant recommendation to check out is Encore. It is next to the play house and is one of the best restaurants we have been to! Food was fantastic and it is very easy to get to.

Very convenient to the beaches, and the ideal gem for us was Howe street beach!! No fuss parking, Make sure to go to Dennis town hall and pick up your parking pass, or buy it online a week or more in advance of your stay. You will need to it for access to all the beaches.

The owners are very responsive, and great to work with!

My husband and three grown children and I had the best summer at Stephanie and James' beautiful Dennis home. We rented for five weeks and it could not have been a more perfect experience! Their home is clean and has every amenity and feature you could need. Beds are super comfy with quality linens. The back deck was where we spent the majority of our time - coffee in the morning, grilling in the afternoon, drinks with friends in the evening.
The location is amazing - on a quiet cul-de-sac in short driving distance to Mayflower, Corporation and Sea St beaches. Tons of dining options within 5-10 minutes.

The property was ideal for our son and daughter's young families with a spacious kitchen and roomy living room. Not typical for some of the mid-priced Cape rentals, the two bathrooms were updated, as well as the outdoor shower. Loved the outdoor shower. The bedrooms were spacious and the owner tells me a new split / AC system has been installed for the 2026 summer season. We love the Dennis beaches, and it was a short 1.5 miles to our favorite beach. Our primary contact for questions about the property before, during and after our stay was the owner Stephanie, who was extremely prompt and cooperative. She welcomed our comments about the property immediately after our stay. show more show less

Over the summer our family stayed at this amazing rental for the first time and had the most wonderful week in the cape. It was our first year using we need a vacation to book and boy did we luck out. This house was perfect for 5 adults with modern spacious bedrooms, large living area, kitchen and an outdoor oasis that included a fire pit, grill, dining set and patio chairs. The house has all amenities needed including beach gear. The location is close to multiple beaches and resturants but on a quiet residential neighborhood road. The owners were quick to respond with any inquires and made the check in/check out process very easy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a mid cape rental! show more show less

My family of 5 and my mom stayed here for a week. The house was perfect- newly renovated with lots of room for everyone. Super close to Mayflower beach. Stephanie and James thought of everything- noise makers in most rooms and nigh lights. They also had phone chargers incase you forgot yours.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully renovated Cape rental! We were two families, each with two kids, and the space was absolutely perfect - plenty of room, and incredibly comfortable. The outdoor area and shower were such a great bonus after the beach. The location couldn't be better, minutes to Sesuit, Harbor View, Corporation and all of our favorite restaurant on the bay side. We loved our stay and can't wait to return next summer!
