The first floor has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (including a dishwasher), spacious living room with flat-screen TV, bright and large window-lined sun room, master bedroom (with AC), en suite full bath, and access to wooded backyard. There are two additional bedrooms and a full second bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor via stairs from the second bedroom is perfect for kids. Additional room with futon and privacy curtain and one room little house out back with futon for additional guests. Also a pull-out couch in the living room.

There is private patio with grill and picnic table, plenty of seating for entertaining. Great amenities include TV, wireless internet, a dishwasher, BBQ grill, and full-size washer & dryer in the basement and small washer & dryer in one bathroom.

The house has two driveways, one in front of the house that comfortably fits 3 cars and one to the side of the house that fits two cars and eliminates the need to climb stairs.

Enjoy an enclosed outdoor shower (h/c) to wash off after a swim in fresh water at the sandy beach at Herring Pond just 0.3 mile from the house, or in salt water at First Encounter Beach just 1-2 miles away, or in the waves of Coast Guard Beach 10 min drive away. Great central location with easy access to Eastham’s beaches, the ocean, and under 10 min drive to downtown Orleans.

    The location was perfect. Less than .25 miles from the pond and 1 mile from the beach. The house has three bedrooms plus pull out couches. Awesome artwork. Spacious, washer, dryer, well stocked kitchen, lots of open space. Patio with a grill. Kids' beach toys, beach chairs. I will def stay at this house again.

    Very lovely home, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, two washers and two dryers. Very large kitchen. Home was very comfortable and in an excellent location. 5 minute walk to the pond, 1.5 miles or so from the beach. Loved it.

    I stayed here with my wife and two children for 6 days. The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance from both the beach and the pond was exactly what our family needed. The property is a great size. Three full bedrooms, bedroom alcove and captains locker gave us the perfect amount of space to be close yet not on top of each other. Check in was a breeze and the host was very responsive. We have recommended this property to family and friends and are planning on staying again this summer. show more show less

    You will feel completely at home with all the charm, relaxed but well-appointed amenities and proximity to the best of the Cape in this home. The ambiance and layout reveal the place has been well loved and well cared for as a place to unwind with plenty of sleeping spots, a treasure of a backyard and a fantastic location.

    Highly recommend this rental for anyone - individual, couple, family with kids or group of friends.
