This entire private home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in close proximity to all of the Cape's key attractions. It is minutes away from Middle Pond, Mystic Lake, and Hamblin Pond and is great for kayaking and canoeing with family and friends. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is fully supplied with all the basic essentials to make you feel right at home. It is 15 minutes from the island ferries and the key attractions, and the restaurants of Hyannis. Hop on your bikes and head to West Barnstable Conservation or Whelan Conservation Area located 1.6 miles from the home. The house provides dry storage for your bikes, canoes, and any other outdoor activity essentials you decide to bring during your stay.

During the months of July and August, our home is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Longer stays between 8-12 week rentals are accepted through a screening process.

This spacious chic home is maintained by owners who have made this a ''home away from home'' for their guests with a clean, classy, and welcoming ambiance. This home has many updates including all of the kitchen appliances, flat screens in all rooms, and a deck with a fire pit stand for a nice breezy Cape evening.

Spend the day with the family at one of the beautiful Barnstable beaches all of which are only 13 minutes away, or take a ferry to the islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Complete the perfect day and grab local seafood at Osterville Fish Market and enjoy a relaxing night under the stars on the deck with a heater on breezy cape nights.

Upon stepping inside, you will immediately notice the bright and open layout complimented by the hardwood floors throughout. The spacious dining room consists of a black wood fireplace, comfortable dining table for up to 6 which opens up to a beautiful modern kitchen with granite counter tops and all the essentials you might need for a perfect experience.

Kitchen features include beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave, oven), a Keurig with K-Cups provided, a frother, a coffee machine, and everything you need to prepare, cook and eat your family meals! Enjoy them in the formal dining room, large kitchen island, living room table, or on the outside deck. Step down from the kitchen and into an exquisite living room with a grand gas fireplace, and high cathedral ceilings large seating for your entire family.

The sliding door from the kitchen leads to a deck overlooking the backyard, for a BBQ with a gas-powered grill, cushioned seating, and a large private backyard (not fenced). Heading down the deck stairs is a crushed stone walk way that leads to the backyard.

The main floor bedroom can sleep 2 as a queen bed, with a workstation with an extra monitor for those who are working from home, with a smart tv. The second floor sleeps 6, with a king bed to the right of the stairs. Down the hall, the third bedroom sleeps 4, with an additional day bed with a trundle. Upstairs you will find the fully stocked full bathroom with a shower/tub, and a linen closet with extra towels. The large primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and a large closet.

Other amenities include premium fast Wi-Fi service, a lock box for easy self-check-in, window A/C units in the bedrooms, and a washer and dryer in the mudroom on the main floor, detergents are available for use. Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels are provided to all guests at no extra cost.

Dogs are welcome for an additional $25 per night fee.
