The space:
Wifi, Cable, 65in HDTV. 2 King Beds, Double/Twin bunk. Pull out sofa.

**********Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath Cape Cod on Monomoscoy Island, with ample back deck, enjoy waterfront living and use of private family beach, perfect for families. Steps to swimming.

************Open-concept our Cape Cod home is an ideal spot for family time. Relax while watching boats pass as the sun sets or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.

*************Our house has 3 bedrooms. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a king bed and a pull out couch.

*************You’ll find 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. The first, with a twin over double bunk bed with brand new beds it is an ideal spot for kids and teens, while the master has a king-size bed and water views.

*************Our house also has lots of outdoor space including a wrap around deck and fire pit with ample seating

Guest access:
Use of private family beach and dock. Please note that dockage/dock space for boats is not included in rental.
