Welcome to our Cape house! Amazing neighborhood & the perfect spot to explore the Cape. Located on fully recreational John's Pond with your private association beach just at the end of the street. The beach is a large sandy beach, has a boat launch (bring your boat!), float, playground and tennis courts - plus enjoy use of our two kayaks! Just 10 min to South Cape ocean beach & Mashpee Commons.

The house is fully updated with hardwoods throughout, AC's, laundry room, front deck with views, private back patio with fire pit and dining area. Inside the house you'll find a large open living room and dining room with vaulted ceilings. The family room has fire TV so you'll have access to all your favorite channels. The kitchen has been fully updated with custom tan cabinetry and leathered granite counters. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies so you'll have everything you need. There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer. And the full bathroom was just fully renovated in 2022.

The first bedroom has a full bed, second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite half bathroom. The house has hardwood floors throughout, a main AC unit in the main area and AC's in each bedroom - plus fans in every bedroom if you prefer.

Our Pottery Barn sofa has a pull out bed if you are looking for another sleeping option. We also love babies - we have an umbrella stroller, a pack and play, high chair and BPA free kids' plates/cups. Our mattresses were purchased two years ago from Boston Interiors and have full mattress coverers (pillows all have pillow protectors as well). We provide freshly laundered sheets and towels as well - making your stay comfortable and easy. We have been renting for a few years now and have 5 star reviews.

Outside the house you have peek a boo views of John's Pond from the front deck with Adirondack chairs. The private backyard has a stone patio with a Weber gas grill and a table/umbrella for outdoor dinners. We also have a fire pit and Adirondack chairs to roast some marshmallows! The neighborhood is quiet and a great spot for kids to explore. In addition to the private association beach just at the end of the street you also have access to the Mashpee public beach at John's Pond which is just a 1/4 of a mile walk/bike down side streets.
