You will spend all your time in the lovely open kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Central AC and window units to keep you cool and comfortable.

Nestled among this casual pond community is this completely renovated home. A 3-minute walk from Johns Pond where you can swim, kayak, have cookouts, and relax on the beautiful sandy beach.
Upon entering through the front door, you can head directly up the staircase leading you to two bedrooms or you can turn to the right and step into the open-concept living room and kitchen. Nautical armchairs and a comfy couch invite you to sit and enjoy the large flat screen smart TV, while conversing easily with someone cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, and a stovetop espresso maker for coffee lovers. There is a kitchen island with countertop seating for 2 for casual eating.
Off of the kitchen is the large dining room with seating for 10 + an additional inset for a total of 12, 1 AC split to keep you cool, and a sliding glass door that leads you to the deck on the front of the home with comfortable outdoor seating. Enjoy a cocktail or a snack while lounging on the furniture.
Down the hallway you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bedroom #1 down the hall to the left with a queen bed, 1 AC window unit, ceiling fan and closet.
Bedroom #2 is down the hall and to the right with 2 twin beds, 1 AC Split, and closet.
Bathroom #1 is between the kitchen and bedrooms with a shower/tub combination.
Head Upstairs to find:
Bedroom #3 to the left with a King-size bed, reading area with 2 chairs, 1 AC Split, ceiling fan, luggage rack, bench, and closet.
Bedroom #4 to the right with 2 Twin-size beds,1 window AC unit, ceiling fan, and dresser.
Bathroom #2 is at the top of the stairs on the second floor with a double sink and glass stall shower with double shower heads.
Head down to the fully-finished walkout basement:
The walkout basement has an open-concept additional living room, kitchen, and dining area. In the living room, you will find a sleeper sofa couch and flat screen Smart TV, a nice space for kids to hangout or adults to escape. A great place to gather for a round of cards or board games! The lower level does not have AC but typically stays cool.
A bonus office space for remote work is past the kitchen and to the left, ceiling fan, stand-alone fan, and closets.
Bathroom #3 is also found in the fully finished walkout basement with a tub/shower combination.
In the hallway you will find the washer and dryer.
The backyard is private with a sitting area with 6 Adirondack chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or share stories after a long day at the beach. There is a gas grill and outdoor shower off the back of the house as well. For easy access when grilling, head out the backdoor off of the dining room! In the front of the home find a storage bin with a bocce ball set, kayak paddles and life jackets.
John’s pond is within a 3 minute walk from the house but there is also a parking pass for the beach at the house in the event you are lugging all your beach essentials! The owner offers 2 for guest use, the kayaks are stored down at the pond, please ask the office for the lock combination to access upon arrival.
This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.

No Pets are allowed inside or outside the home!
Max parking of cars at property: 6 - No parking on lawn anytime.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
