In this home you feel like you're on a boat looking out at the beautiful ocean! How special to walk through the yard and right onto the private Association beach. The house is lovely, extremely clean, open, airy, comfortable and decorated beautifully.. The decks add a wonderful dimension- every night before bed I would go out the bedroom slider onto the 2nd floor deck to look at the moon and listen to the waves.
This is a stellar rental!

Thank you Terry for being such an accommodating host, the house was perfect, the pictures were exactly what we got and more!! When we arrived the house was spotless! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook fun family dinners and enjoy the large deck and views, which were spectacular. The beach access was perfect!!!

This home is a hidden gem. Very nicely appointed. Clean, lots of windows, yet very private. The home was right on the sandy beach and completely safe for the grandkids. The large, grassy yard was nicely landscaped and came with yard games, beach chairs and gas grill. The inside was extremely clean with hardwood floors throughout, very comfortable beds and use of the washer and dryer. We had nine in our party with plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The paved bike trail is very convenient to the property. This house rental was our fourth rental in New England over the past few years and hands-down was the best overall. What a wonderfully equipped ocean front year round house to gather children and grandchildren. Lots of space to be together but also more private places to retreat to. The beach and the views are wonderful. The owner was gracious and responsive to needs and concerns. We hope to return for another loving time together.

There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room never feeling crowded. The house was well appointed and tastefully decorated. We tried several of the restaurant recommendations and they were all good.. The gorgeous sunsets were an added bonus.
Would absolutely stay there again!

What a wonderful home! The location was amazing; it was quiet and had a beautiful stretch of beach with easy access for everyone. The house was EXACTLY as pictured and described. The bedrooms were not pictured, but the were all simply lovely. We spent A LOT of time on the large deck eating, reading, socializing, and simply enjoying the amazing view. Everything was clean and all the essentials were there. We can't wait for our next visit!

The view and proximity to the beach would make this vacation home stellar, and then you add a spacious, immaculate, contemporary home with careful considerations and you have a dream rental.

Working with Terry was relational, not transactional. She has a winning personality who was available to answer our littlest questions. The bathrooms are large and sparkle. The views from the bedrooms and living room makes you feel like you are at sea. We brought paddle boards and kayaks and put in right from the beach. Bikes allowed us to enjoy the rail trail to Fairhaven. Kitchen was supplied so that we could cook meals.

This house exceeded our expectations in everyway - the view, the layout, the access to the beach, even the out-door-shower! Comfortably accommodated two couples and four well traveled teens, with lots of room for everyone to gather, play card games, or sneak off and read a book. We love Mattapoisett, such a cute seaside town, but also took day trips to the Vineyard (only an hour away by ferry) and Newport. We've already booked for next year!
