This lovely home is in a great central location on the Cape. The town-home was clean, comfortable, bright, and had everything we needed. Our visit was in June and the flowers and yard were beautiful! The owner takes such good care of the property and made us feel so very welcome. This was the first time we stayed in this location on the Cape- and were happy to be so close to the Nauset Beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Pam was a phenomenal host! The house was immaculate, beachy, easy to keep tidy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need as far as appliances, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc… beautiful centerpiece on the dining table filled with k-cup coffees and teas, toffees and biscottis. Linens, pillows, towels all provided made packing simple! Little touches like new shower liners and a brand new sealed bath mat we're greatly appreciated! Pam is a pro! And the outside spaces were fantastic! Cannot recommended highly enough! Great for 2 people to get away or a whole family or group of friends because this listing allows for privacy with the way the space is divided! The outside was just as beautiful with thoughtfully blissful landscaping. The space felt private but was minutes away from beaches, shopping etc…Pam's listing is for sure on my list of best places to stay when visiting the Cape! I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

We have stayed at Pam's place many times. Each time we find the place in excellent shape.
This time she has made several improvements & all of them look great! The place is very central to family in both Orleans & Harwich & this time we even did some shopping in Chatham. We look forward to staying at her place again in the future.

A tucked away home that was lovely, clean, and quiet. We were there in the offseason visiting my grandmother and it worked out perfectly. My wife was especially happy with the thought and care the owner put into the property. It is close to the beaches and the center of the Cape, we would definitely stay there again.

If you are looking for a place to stay on the Cape, it doesn't get any better than this. We have rented this property for the past three years and the owner has done a wonderful job at continually improving and maintaining the property. It is very clean and has all the amenities that you need. It provides plenty of room for 4 and the basement is nicely finished. The location is perfect; quiet, close to Orleans center, shopping, restaurants, National Seashore, bike trails, pickleball courts and AA baseball games. Every detail is covered and the owner goes out of there way to assure your vacation is relaxing and enjoyable. Fresh flowers, a hand written note and chocolates are an example of the welcome you receive. I have rented many a cottage on the Cape and by far, this is the best.

This property just outside of Orleans has everything you need to enjoy a Cape Cod Vacation. First, the house has every amenity you could ask for. A well stocked kitchen, a comfortable living space, two bathrooms and really nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds.

There are also two spaces outside, the deck off the kitchen and the "lower" living room, which has outdoor furniture and a grill. The outdoor shower is under the deck and is fabulous...take advantage.

The house is only 10 minutes from downtown Orleans, the same distance to Skaket Beach and only a little farther to Orleans town beach. In addition to the beaches there are a few fresh water ponds nearby that are great for swimming and kayaking.

The house comes with 2 kayaks and 4 bikes. We did not have a bike rack so we didn't get to use the bikes, but the kayaks were fun!

Pam is a great host and has thought of your every need, and if something comes up, she's easy to reach and very responsive.

We really enjoyed our time here, it was so relaxing and comfortable and a joy to come back to at the end of a busy day.

My wife and I have traveled extensively in the US and abroad. We prefer staying in B&B's and vacation rental homes. This property was the cleanest and most well-equipped spot we have ever rented. Everything you could have wanted for a vacation with a 10 year-old grandson was provided. Bikes, kayaks, boogie boards. Two coffee makers with a wide selection of Keurig cups. Thoughtful touches, like biscotti to go with the coffee. A great location, very private, with easy access to beaches, golf and the outer Cape.Pam could not have been more gracious and accommodating. Definitely hoping to return.

Extremely well kept, this vacation home was all we could wish for and more!! Centrally located on the Cape, it is easy to travel to! The host is wonderful and cares about your stay; the home is well stocked with all you could need. We highly recommend this vacation home!

Loved this place. Totally enjoyed our stay. There was everything we needed and more. Cannot think of anything negative. Home and yard are gorgeous. Really felt like home. You are on the top of the list for a return visit to the Cape.

This townhouse is beautiful! It is bright and sunny and has a nice, private backyard. This is the best place we have ever stayed at the Cape. It was a great location for everything we wanted to do. Pam is wonderful, very pleasant and kind. She thought of everything you would need on your vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future.

A true "home away from home." This beautiful townhouse proved to be the most comfortable and inviting place that we have ever stayed in the Cape. I didn't feel the need to get out in a rush every day, but relaxed and enjoyed coffee and breakfast.

Pam, the owner, thought of everything. Thank you for supplying linens, towels, beach chairs and providing such a well equipped kitchen. Our trip could not have better. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation and I look forward to our next visit!

This rental was perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked, the furnishings are comfortable and tasteful, the rooms are spacious and the house is immaculate. The location was about 20 minutes from Hyannis and about 50 minutes from P-Town. Lots of beaches nearby, including the best sunsets from Skaket and best sunrises from Orleans Light as well as the National Seashore. We have saved the rental information and intend to contact the owner again for another Cape escape in the future!

This is a fantastic, spotless rental. It is very close to Route 28 for convenience, but it is extremely quiet and private, with wooded areas on 3 sides. There is even a family of wild turkeys that wander through the property almost every day. Pam is so easy to work with and has thought of so many small details that make this townhouse an extra special stay.

With so much choice of properties and coming from the UK, we were a little hesitant, but this place was just perfect for our 2 week stay. I don't think we could have asked for anything better. Pam the owner is such a lovely person and provided great information. The house is just fantastic - roomy, clean, comfortable and very well equipped - we are a family of 4, with 2 teenage boys, and the Kayaks were great fun, with a fabulous beach just down the road. Our hire car was a saloon and we struggled to carry the Kayaks, so Pam and her brother kindly provided a roof carrying system to allow this.

The location of the house was great too, nice and quiet/private but just a few minutes from the lovely town of Orleans.

Whale watching was the highlight of our trip. We saw a Great White shark breach and numerous Humpbacks feeding - incredible!

We would definitely go back to Cape Cod again, and we would make Pam's house our first choice, without hesitation. She couldn't have been more helpful, and we are so grateful for everything she did for us, including some provisions being provided for us on arrival, after our long journey from the UK.

My husband and I stayed in June and the house had everything we wanted: ample kitchen supplies, beach chairs, washer, dryer, linens, outdoor shower, grill, deck and nice yard. The house was just immaculate with plenty of light. It was very convenient to downtown Orleans where we rent our bikes for the week and to downtown Chatham and the Atlantic beaches. We would rent again.

We stayed here and really enjoyed it. It is conveniently located between Orleans and Chatham. This is a comfortable townhouse furnished tastefully, and it has everything you need for pleasant getaway.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience my wife and I had with this rental. This was our 8th vacation on the Cape, and had rented 7 different homes prior to this, and this was simply the best experience, by far. The home is clean, wonderfully decorated and comfortable, with all of the amenities you would expect and some you wouldn't! Linens were provided as well as 4 bicycles, boogie boards and 2 kayaks!

It is ideally located between Chatham and Orleans right off of Route 28 and only about 10 minutes (maybe a little less) from Nauset Beach and just down the road from Pleasant Bay. Pam is a wonderful host, accommodating, conscientious and puts forth great effort to ensure her guests have an enjoyable vacation. With two bedrooms and 1.5 baths it was ideal for my family of 4, and we look forward to another great vacation here next year!

We had the amazing opportunity to stay in this beautiful townhouse for our week's vacation to the Cape. It is newly renovated off the main house, which means everything is brand new, crisp and incredibly clean. We were provided everything we needed and then some....kayaks, beach chairs, bikes, and board games. We were close enough to the beaches and downtown which made our nightly visits to Sparrows for ice cream and frozen hot chocolates a plus. We can't wait to go back!!!!!

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Having everything available (linens, etc) was much appreciated. We loved the use of kayaks and bikes! Highly recommend & look forward to our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. It is close to family in nearby communities and close to the beaches. The little house is just beautifully decorated and furnished! We've even had our morning coffee on the back deck, which is quiet and peaceful. A perfect spot to relax!!

This condo was perfect for our family located in Orleans, close to many local beaches and great spots to eat The condo was clean, had natural light, and was up to date, with new kitchen appliances and a great yard. We enjoyed the time and thought this was a perfect Cape get away for a family of 4-5. The owner had even offered beach chairs and kayaks for use. I would highly recommend taking your next Cape escape here.
