Nauset Beach is just over a mile away by car or bike.

The house is perfect with a newly added second bath! Bright and cheery and sunny all day...A big, well equipped kitchen offers plenty of room for family chefs and preparation of a great meal. New ductless AC units have been added to the living room and in the bedrooms to ensure greater comfort on those hot summer days! The living room is bright and spacious and offers plenty of room for fun and games, TV or quiet enjoyment. A new gas fireplace has been added for those chilly nights or just use for added ambience! There are two big bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and a daybed that acts as either a twin, or can be opened up to an additional twin or combined as a king...lots of room for the kids! Wonderful flat yard and multiple patios for relaxing after a day at the beach! Walk to the water at the end of the road and put your kayak or canoe into Meetinghouse Pond for a day on the water.     Great house for two couples

    We rented the house with another couple, and we were all very pleased with the house and its location. It is not easy to find a Cape Cod house with two bedrooms and two baths, so this fit the bill perfectly. The common area is spacious and nicely decorated - simple, not over-stated. Good location (Nauset Farms market is around the corner, and The Rail, a 4-minute walk, does great breakfasts.)

    Beautiful, clean, comfortable home in perfect location!

    We had a fabulous week on the Cape while renting this amazing home! It is beautiful and so clean! We were so comfortable there, we felt like we were visiting a family members home! Great location as well!! Walking distance to Nauset Farms, Smitty's Ice Cream (formerly Sundae School), Barley Neck Inn. Only a couple minutes from Skaket Beach, Nauset Beach, Pilgrim Lake and downtown Orleans! This is now our #1 rental of choice for our annual summer vacation!     Bright, clean, convenient!

    We visited Cape Cod for spring break this April and stayed in this lovely home. Everything exceeded our expectations. It was sunny and bright and clean and tasteful. The kitchen had everything (and then some) you could possibly need. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to the beach, shops and dining! I will be coming back for sure. I didn't want to leave!
