Come enjoy the BEST Cape Cod vacation ever! This pristine and adorable cottage is located down a quiet country lane in the heart of the village of East Orleans. Recently renovated and cute as a button, this classic Cape Cod cottage is close to everything that is East Orleans. Walk to the Village center for a bite to eat at Zia's Pizza or to the Barley Neck Inn for a drink, dinner and live music. Don't miss Sundae School for the best ice cream around or Nauset Farms to stock your vacation retreat with tasty treats to eat and drink while you are here on vacation. Nauset Beach is just over a mile away by car or bike.

The house is perfect with a newly added second bath! Bright and cheery and sunny all day...A big, well equipped kitchen offers plenty of room for family chefs and preparation of a great meal. There are air conditioners in the living room and in the bedrooms. The living room is bright and spacious and offers plenty of room for fun and games, TV or quiet enjoyment. There are two big bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and 2 twin beds...lots of room for the kids! Wonderful flat yard and multiple patios for relaxing after a day at the beach! Walk to the water at the end of the road and put your kayak or canoe into Meetinghouse Pond for a day on the water. Truly a gem!!

Bright, clean, convenient!

We visited Cape Cod for spring break this April and stayed in this lovely home. Everything exceeded our expectations. It was sunny and bright and clean and tasteful. The kitchen had everything (and then some) you could possibly need. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to the beach, shops and dining! I will be coming back for sure. I didn't want to leave!
