This spacious, 2400 sq ft vacation home with central A/C, is located in the upscale Barley Neck section of East Orleans. Walk to Meeting House Pond for swimming, fishing and boating. The house offers lots of natural light and sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 3 queens and 2 twin beds. Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. There is a large bright game room with ping pong table, game table and games. Game room has french doors that open to one of 2 patios with eating area and gas grill. Open kitchen to bright dinning area with seating for 8. There is a private patio in front of house great for your morning coffee.

The rental includes shared private saltwater access and anchorage with deep water access to Pleasant Bay and the Ocean for miles of protected kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and fishing. You can easily walk your kayak or paddle board down to the private access on Cedar Cove Rd, and spend the day exploring the inner waterways of Little Pleasant Bay. There are two kayaks available for your use.

Meeting House Pond also provides a public launch and dock so you can spend the day boating on Little Pleasant Bay and access to the Atlantic Ocean through the inlet in Chatham.

A quick 2 mile bike ride away you are at Nauset Beach great for Surfing, Boogie Boarding, and Cast Fishing.

3 Miles to the east there is Skaket Beach and Rock Harbor where you can launch a boat to access to Cape Cod Bay, great for Diving and Fishing or you can Charter one of the many boats.

Cape Cod National Seashore and Salt Pond visitor center is only 6 miles away with daily outdoor events and walking tours.

Main Street Orleans and Chatham provide a number of wonderful small New England shops, restaurants, and artists.

Provincetown and all its unique art and culture is only a 30 minute drive up Route 6.

Walk to the Barley Neck Inn for a drink and a burger at the bar or even walk to the Sunday School for desert.

The Cape Cod Baseball League and the Orleans Firebirds also play on a field in the middle of Orleans. This is a wonderful way to spend an evening and see top college players working to get their shot in the MLB.

You can easily access the Cape Cod Rail Trail in the center of Orleans next to Orleans Cycle and that is only a 2 mile bike ride from the house. From there you can safely ride all the way up into Wellfleet and the Cape Cod Seashore as well as down to Dennis Massachusetts and Chatham as well.
