This cottage had a full renovation during 2020, both inside and out. This list of updates is significant and include new on demand hot water heater, new wood floors, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new vaulted ceiling in bedroom and kitchen, new natural gas fireplace, a couple new windows, new siding... etc.
The house has 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and is centrally located in East Orleans, close to world famous Nauset Beach and a quick 5 min walk to Meeting House Pond (ocean inlet where there is nice swimming, boating and fishing). The cottage is on a corner lot facing a small private road that ends in a cul-de-sac. It is a very nice residential community. There are also restaurants, ice-cream and grocery stores within 1/2 mile.
The cottage features a large yard with a private patio & outdoor shower. The interior is well kept. There are 2 bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and the other room has 2 twins. In the living room, a 42 inch screen TV was installed on the wall and there is high speed wifi. There is A/C, ceiling fans, & dishwasher.     Sweet quiet clean & perfect fit for family of 4 - location just quick drive to Nauset Beach -

    Loved this house!

    This was the perfect house for our family of 4. Cozy, clean, and the perfect layout for 2 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio and playing games in the living room on the few rainy days we had. Very quiet and private. The best part was the owners quick response on all of our questions and needs with our last minute stay. We would definitely love to visit again!
