If you’re looking for the ideal Cape Cod beach cottage experience, you’ll find it in this updated two-bedroom East Orleans cottage. The cottage is an “up and down” style home. On the main level you will find a living room, kitchen, bath and primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The lower level has it’s own private entrance (no access from the main level). And down there you will find a living area with a comfy pullout sofa, kitchenette and one bedroom with two twins plus another full bath connected to the twin room. A perfect layout for two families. And you are about 1.25 miles to Nauset Beach!</span></span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Outside is where you’ll be spending most of your time. The owners have added a heated pool. A great place to relax after a day at Nauset Beach. There is a great deck with a gas grill. Plus there is a hot tub! You’ll also find a large picnic table with an awning if you want to get out of the sun and a gas fire-pit. Next to all of that you have the coolest garage in Orleans that has been transformed. Inside you will find a bar, Foosball table and seating for 8 for those times when you’d prefer not to eat outside. And of course no trip to the Cape is complete without an outdoor shower, a fundamental part of the perfect Cape Cod vacation. </span></span></p><br><p><span><span><span>Inside the cottage you’ll find all the comforts of home. There is AC provided by efficient split units, the kitchen is fully equipped and of course, there is Wi-Fi and Smart TV's. Enjoy this wonderful cottage in Orleans.
