This beautiful 4 bedroom home is located directly on Town Cove at the border of Orleans and Eastham with direct water access from a grassy beach for kayak, boating, swimming, and shell-fishing (weekly town of Eastham permit required). Walk to the center of Orleans and close to Nauset, Rock Harbor and First Encounter Beaches.

There are two master bedrooms equipped with king size beds, one on the first floor. In addition to the upstairs master, there are two more bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed and balcony and one with two bunk beds (4 beds). The upstairs master has a private bathroom and an extra futon. Each bedroom is equipped with an HD flat screen TV, and the main living room has a 60'' HD TV. The large dining room flows to the deck, and there are water views from almost every room. Upstairs has a large viewing room with a balcony overlooking the Cove. In addition to central AC, amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower.

    Heaven on the Cape

    Absolutely beautiful home in a spectacular setting. It has everything you could possibly need and the view is stunning. The interior is impeccable, roomy, and beautiful. I would highly recommend and definitely rent again.

    Fantastic Week on the Cape

    House was fantastic and as advertised. Whether sipping a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the cove or drinking a glass of bourbon under a million stars, this was the perfect way to relax. Plenty of space in the house which has everything you can think of. Plenty of space for everyone - very big bedrooms, large dining room, plenty of space to eat outside. Ideal location with easy access to ocean or bay beaches and close proximity to Chatham. Be sure to rent a kayak and/or paddle board for at least a few days - you will be out on the water every day. Owner was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Great week! show more show less
