My whole family cannot say enough great things about our stay! The house was fantastic, clean, spacious, comfortable- just like a home. The kitchen was awesome! Fenced in yard perfect for the grandkids, and Carrie our host is a great & thoughtful person. She answered all my many questions without hesitating! The location is really perfect too, close to so many things including 2 great beaches.

We've been coming to the Cape for over 25 yrs, and this is the BEST rental we've ever had. It's so perfect, we are booking for next summer:-) Thanks for providing the great venue for getting our whole family together. show more show less

What an amazing trip to the Cape made even more amazing by our stay at Timothy's home. Plenty of space, every detailed accounted for, convenient location and excellent communication. What a host! We would definitely rent again. Cheers!

My family had a wonderful vacation at Tim and Carrie's house. The house was centrally located with easy access to ocean and bayside beaches and our favorite restaurants and ice cream shops. It was safe and comfortable with every amenity we could possibly need for ourselves and our kids. The house was charming and clean and Tim was easy to reach when we had questions. We would love to stay here again!

Spent Thanksgiving in Orleans visiting our son. The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean. Tons of amenities. Their property is well maintained and in a great location. Incredible kitchen with everything you could need. Plenty of room for our group of 8. The yard is fenced and worked well for our dogs. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Carrie was a great host and had very good communication plus there was plenty of documentation provided on-site.

We had a great stay at Timothy and Carrie's home. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. They provided everything we needed for an easy vacation. We had one day of bad weather and Carrie even wrote to us to share where we could find umbrellas in the house and suggest some activities we could do. I'd definitely recommend a stay at their home.

A wonderful home for a family vacation. The property was comfortable, extremely clean and well appointed. We enjoyed family dinners indoors and out. Easy access to beaches, shops and an excellent jump off point for adventures to Provincetown, Wellfleet and Chatham. The owners are gracious hosts and very responsive.

We have stayed at this vacation home for a number of years now. It really does feel like coming home. This property is impeccably maintained, inside and out. We appreciate the welcome basket with wine, hand sanitizer and other helpful items. We also really liked this year that linens for each bed were in individual large bags to ensure cleanliness and safety. It is nice to have books and games to use throughout our stay; the children always check these out as soon as we arrive! We always enjoy using the grill and patio- what could be better on a beautiful summer night; than fresh cod on the grill, with a glass of wine!

Small touches, like the owner checking in before, during and after our stay, make us feel welcome and wanting to return time and again. Once, when our umbrella blew away in a storm, the owner replaced it quickly and respected our privacy by asking when would be a good time for them to come by. They also left beautiful hydrangeas on the patio table! Finally, this home is close to so many places- the beach, Chatham, restaurants, the baseball field, etc. It is convenient and beautiful- we plan on returning each summer, as long as we are able! show more show less

Last year our family decided to vacation down on Cape Cod after years of vacations in Maine. We were so lucky to have found this vacation house! It had everything! A beautiful private back yard, inside is spread out so even a large family has room. It is close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants!

We enjoyed it so much we are returning again and hopefully for many years to come! The hosts are very very nice! It's a win win for a great family vacation! Great memories!
