This is our 2nd year renting from Amy and Carlo and again enjoyed staying here. There are plenty of restraurants and activities near by. There are 3 beaches within a short distance that are great to take the family to as well! I highly recommend staying at their house!

My favorite place to be, one week every summer, is the Cape. This home is within walking distance to the bike trail, great restaurants, several ice-cream shops, and Friends Market. It's close to Nauset beach to watch the sunrise and to Skaket beach for sunsets. It has a fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor shower.
I highly recommend!

This is the third year in a row I've stayed at this cottage, and it continues to impress. The location is ideal and the house is very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This adorable cottage in Orleans was the perfect location. Very accessible to bayside and ocean beaches. It was meticulous, we felt so comfortable in your cottage. The outdoor shower was huge and plenty of hot water, even our springer got a shower after a swim in the ocean. We will definitely stay here again.

My family stayed at this fantastic home in July 2023. The entire experience was wonderful. The home is central to everything in town and the pictures do not do the home justice as its even nicer in person! I would recommend this rental for any small group looking to spend time in Orleans. We plan to definitely request to rent again. The owners were great communicators and responsive for the few questions we had.

We had a great week in Amy's cottage! She was communicative, informative, and understanding. The cottage was super clean and well stocked- kitchen, beach items, and toiletries were supplied- even goodies for our pup! Central a/c, comfortable beds, window treatments, and usable dressers/closets were a plus. The central location was perfect for us to walk to Firebirds games with a sweet pond across the street. We all enjoyed the lovely fenced-in yard space and outdoor shower after the beach. We would love to rent from Amy again!

This is a great place to stay in Orleans! The location is excellent...walking distance to town, including the rail trail, shops, and restaurants, yet feels very private. The layout of the house is also very good, and there are two dining tables for those who like to have a jigsaw puzzle going during their stay. There is a nice patio area outside, and an awesome outdoor shower. The owner, Amy, has been very pleasant to work with. I have spent a week on the Cape almost every summer for at least 20 years and this is the first time I have stayed in the same place twice.

The cottage is in a perfect location we have a quiet and peaceful place it is always clean and comfortable. It's our second year here we are already planning to come back for a third!

Orleans, the perfect place to vacation where this home is perfectly placed in this Cape Cod town. Easy walk to the bike trail, shops, great food places and to the Chocolate Sparrow for ice-cream. All the comforts of home, right here.

Great house for our family of 4 and love that it was dog friendly! Fenced in yard and outdoor shower were a plus. We spent our days at Nauset beach and watched the sunset at Rock Harbor and Skaket beach. Nice central location with many restaurants, ice cream and shops nearby!

This was our second time staying in Amy's cute cottage. We love it. It is clean and comfortable, with everything you need inside - including a washer and dryer which is a big plus. And of course - a big outdoor shower. It's just a quick walk to town, the bike path, and Friends grocery store - and a bunch of nice places to eat. However, the location is a private little woodsy area. This summer we so enjoyed sitting in the backyard watching the birds, including a family of orioles! There's also a little pond just across the road that is nice for bird and critter watching. It's a quick drive to the beaches and 2 little lakes that are nice for swimming and paddling. We will definitely return!

My husband and I had a great week at this beautiful, well-stocked, dog-friendly home in Orleans. We've stayed at many rental homes and this was by far the nicest. Close to everything - town, restaurants, beaches, stores. Great fenced-in yard for the pup. The owners thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay and even recommended restaurants that were exactly what we love. Highly recommend!

We were back this year for our 2nd stay, two years in a row, and enjoyed the cottage even more than last year! The location is ideal, on a small short road with a view of Bolland pond, but a mere 5 min walk to downtown Orleans, which we did several nights of the week to grab ice cream at the Hot Chocolate Sparrow with our little one, visit the artists cottages, or hear music played on Friday evening.

The cottage itself is immaculate and has an adorable cottage feel, with all of the modern amenities you want (the central AC came in incredibly helpful during our week there when temps hit the high 90s).

Amy is a great and responsive host, and she and Carlo left great tips on local restaurants, playgrounds and things to check out while you're not at the beach.

We look forward to returning each year for many years to come!

Perfect location and perfect home for a perfect vacation. We've been renting on cape cod for many years and this house was by far was the most well maintained, cleanest, in the best location and had the best layout of all the other houses we have rented. The house had everything you could possibly need. It was the perfect house for me, my daughter, my mom and our dog. Our dog loved his welcome basket and the fenced in backyard. And we can't say enough about the owner, so easy to deal with and just wonderful! This house made for a perfect vacation!

From the fully stocked kitchen, to the Smart TV, comfortable beds and great showers;
one inside and outside, it is the perfect place to call home while visiting the Cape.
There is a food market, great restaurants and a cute place to get ice-cream an easy
walk away. Early risers can drive just 3 miles to watch the sun come up over Nauset
beach and just two miles to watch the sunset at Rock Harbor.

My family of four and our dog Brady had a wonderful time at this cottage. Everything was literally perfect for us! The cottage had charm, was clean and updated, stocked extremely well, and was in close walking distance to downtown Orleans. The fenced in yard gave us piece of mind for both our small children and our dog. We highly recommend! Thank you Amy and Carlos.

Our stay in Amy's home was perfect from start to finish. Her place is truly a hidden gem. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of traffic etc , but close enough to easily access town, beaches and Cape Cod League hall games. It was dog friendly which allowed us to bring our fur babies and was clean fully stocked with anything we needed!!! We had an amazing week!!!

What an adorable cottage and so convenient to town! This is an immaculate and comfortable cottage in a quiet spot close to town. We were able to walk almost everywhere! We walked to the rail trail and enjoyed restaurants less than a half mile away. We picked up lunch at Friend's Marketplace on the way to Nauset and strolled to the Chocolate Sparrow and the Artists Cottages. We love Orleans and staying here made everything so easy.

My wife and 2 dogs stayed at Amy's for a week. It was exactly what we needed. The cottage is much bigger than the pictures and the layout is perfect. The bathroom is gorgeous and the shower is great. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and they had so much fun running around. It was so clean and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and ample board games in the living room closet. Strong WIFI and a smart TV.

Loved the location. We usually stay in Wellfleet but loved being in Orleans where there's actual restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The corner store and Cooke's are must try's. Great food in the area. Also there's a bowling alley! We didn't get to go but will be in our books next time. Awesome hikes nearby.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, clean and in a great location...easy walk to Homeport Restaurant for breakfast and Land Ho for dinner, one of our favorite haunts. Amy was wonderful to work with, so quick to respond to any questions. Although we no longer have Golden Retrievers, I so appreciate homeowners who allow pets. Amy's cottage across from Boland Pond is an Orleans hidden gem! Clean, cozy and walking distance to grocery store, the library, shops, ice cream and much more! Our family of four and dog were totally at home here. In 10 minutes we could drive to Coast Guard beach for the day and in 4 minutes or less be to Skaket Beach for sunset. You can't beat the location of this property! Peaceful enough to hear owls hooting at night but close enough to walk to anything you could need. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying at 16 Center Place it was just what we needed. It was quiet, clean and very well equipped. The outdoor shower is the best we have ever used ( and we are very big on outdoor showers!). We loved that we could walk to all the restaurants and shops and that we were so close to the bike trails. It is an easy ride to Wellfleet and Truro. We skipped P-Town this year but will go there next time.

Had a great time last week with my family at the house. Everything was really clean and the outdoor shower was great to use after long beach days. Our dog loved the huge front yard, we'll be back next year hopefully!

Extremely clean and comfortable home. In the perfect location near markets, great restaurants, shopping area (all within walking distance). A short distance to a great bike trail and magical ponds. The owner was very helpful and always responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. The only negative (if you can call it that) was that the washer /dryer is located in the basement and the only entrance to the basement is outside. This was not a big deal but a slight inconvenience if you want to do laundry in the evening. Otherwise this charming cottage has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Thank you for making your home our home for a week. It is perfectly placed on a quiet road but walking distance to most everything! We walked to "Friends" to do our food shopping, walked most evenings to great restaurants, and of course walked to The Chocolate Sparrow for ice cream before heading "home" for the night. There are board games galore (CLUE is a favorite) and great space to watch the Red Sox. Nauset Beach, just 3 miles away, is where we spent our days, returning to the outdoor shower..an added plus! We loved our stay and look forward to our trip back across the bridge next year.

We stayed in this spotless, adorable home during school vacation week with our two daughters and our collie. The cottage was well stocked with essentials and had a lovely fenced yard with sitting areas. Although just a few minutes from shopping areas in Orleans, the cottage felt very private and quiet with a beautiful pond across the street.
The pretty but simple decor made it so easy to keep clean and the cottage was so dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great last-minute family getaway over spring break. The house was well-kept and clean with all needed amenities and perfect location. First time bringing pet on vacation. With a fenced backyard and easy walking to town it was the right choice. We'll look to rent again!

An adorable home, within walking distance to downtown Orleans. Centrally located between Nauset and Skaket Beaches. We started our day with the sunrise on the National Seashore, and finished the day with the sunset on the Cape Cod Bay. Like the song says "sunrise, sunburn, sunset, repeat."

We stayed in this cute & updated house for a week in August and loved the convenient location (steps from restaurants, market and the bike path) and beautiful (huge!) outdoor shower.

House was immaculate upon check-in, well stocked with many nice touches for renters. We appreciated the chargers by each bed, beach cooler, Keurig coffee pods and cleanliness of all kitchen items. Owners added central A/C which is something we always look for in a house for a much more comfortable stay!

The master bedroom and indoor bathroom are "cozy" but we had enough space for our family of four (including two teens) and pretty much only used the outdoor shower so it worked out fine. Laundry is through a separate (outside) entrance as the basement is not accessible from inside the house, but again, a minor inconvenience.

For the past ten years we've rented on the Cape, always in a different property. This is one house we may return to thanks to the location, ease of communication with owners and care that went into making this house renter-ready. Recommend.

Enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage! It was spacious, and so clean. Had all the amenities needed for our week, including our 4 legged child! The outdoor shower was amazing, large enough to bathe the dog too. Kitchen was equipped for making anything from grilled cheese to steamed lobsters. My family and I loved our time here, can't wait to come back next year!

Great location to everything wonderful Orleans has to offer. Home was just as mentioned in description and even more charming when you arrive. Beautiful new outdoor shower. Great yard for kids and the dog. Just a wonderful home to spend a vacation. Owner was also very responsive to any questions. A must stay home for your vacation!!

Couldn't ask for more from this adorable cottage hosted by great people! Truly has everything you need to make your vacation relaxing. From spices and shampoo, to beach chairs and board games, Boland cottage felt like a true home a way from home. The location can't be beat—on a quiet cul-de-sac, across from a peaceful pond, and just a few minutes walk to all the best places in downtown Orleans. The fenced in back yard is spacious and great for dogs, and the outdoor shower is huge. The upgrades the hosts have done already and are planning in the future show pride of ownership.

Not one bad thing to say about the place and 1,000 good. We will stay here again every year that we can. Thanks so much!

From pulling up the driveway, the house is well kept and looks exactly like the picture. The patio is nice and spacious and the outdoor furniture is comfortable, a great place for coffee and the Cape Cod Times!! The yard is a good size, and well fenced, so we didn’t have any stress over my dog escaping:) AND the owners provided a basket with towels, dog shampoo, dog bowls, and a frisbee, so, so thoughtful!

The interior of the house is just lovely. All the furniture seems new, is attractive and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the provided bedding was attractive and clean. There is everything you could want in the kitchen, and the owners were kind enough to provide a great selection of Keurig pods to use with the Keurig coffee maker, as well as a regular drip coffee maker. They also provided some seasonings, plastic storage bags and wraps, toilet paper, paper towels, everything to get us started, really just so thoughtful! Black dog mugs, ample glasses, wine glasses, dishes etc. We didn’t cook there, so i’m probably leaving some things out. There is a great Weber grill as well. The air conditioning worked great and came in handy several days during our stay. There are a washer and dryer in the basement, with detergent provided, but we always bring our own brand. The basement access is around the back of the house, easy access, very clean, no musty odors, and well lit.

One of the standouts of the house is the outdoor shower! None of us showered indoors, who can resist standing in a great, clean, spacious outdoor shower, looking at the blue sky and listening to the birds singing in the trees? Heavenly!
We will definitely be back next year!

Our family loved staying at Boland Pond. This house was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Amy and Carlo have really thought of everything a renter could possibly need including little extras for our four legged friends. Our two boys loved staying in the kids bedroom with bunk beds. House is very nicely decorated and has lots of Cape Cod charm. The outdoor space is also great for the kids, dogs and outdoor entertaining. The outdoor shower is also another wonderful feature and is very large!

We loved the location being within walking distance of a grocery store and shopping and very close to beaches! Great place to stay and great people to rent from! We will be back again next year!

This is a well maintained, very clean rental with no musty cottage smell. The owner has shown great care in all the details from a very equipped kitchen to doggy basket containing dog shampoo, towel, frisbee and dog bowl mat. Beach toys, sand chairs and umbrella supplied also. Black Dog coffee cups, LLBean insulated lunch bag for your beach lunch provided. Easy access to the Atlantic beaches, and beautiful view of Boland Pond from kitchen table. It was a pleasure staying here!

Great rental on quiet private road in the center of Orleans. Fenced in and sunny yard and ongoing upgrades. Well stocked kitchen, great new outdoor shower and thoughtful touches made our stay stress free and enjoyable. Very clean!
