Spacious Town Cove Beauty with AC & Cove Views

We were very pleased with this beautiful home and its location near the cove. The house is very spacious and has a nice large kitchen with all the cooking necessities. The AC was perfect as the weather was very humid. The yard and landscaping was beautiful with a shout out to the outdoor shower and its invigorating water pressure! The neighborhood is great for going on an evening stroll and there is a path along the cove itself from the landing. All the rooms were nicely decorated and the family room was very cozy. We had a wonderful time staying at this house! The property is beautifully landscaped with a Koi pond and a little brook that my children loved. The house is well appointed with nice additional touches- such as a great selection of board games, Keurig coffeemaker, and a nice layout. I was also impressed with how clean the home was!

The location is also fantastic- a quick drive to either Nauset (for sunrise) or Skaket (for sunset) beaches. Great food also right nearby. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. I cannot recommend this place enough! show more show less

We enjoyed our week at Paul's property in mid-June. The house is clean, spacious, and private. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor patio with the waterfall surrounded by nice gardens. My 5 year old loved walking to the nearby cove to skip rocks and watch boats. The location is very central for sightseeing and beach trips in the area and is also convenient to town. There were 2 minor things that cropped during the stay and Paul was quick to reply. Easy check out policies. We would book again! show more show less

We loved everything about our stay here and will definitely be returning. This was our first time renting this home and we are so glad we found it.

It is exactly like the pictures, even better in person. There is so much space, the owners provide everything you need for the beach, to enjoy the tranquil backyard, or cook up something in the huge kitchen. The step down living room is such a great cozy place to unwind, and watching the sunset over the Cove is wonderful. If I could have created my vacation home- or my regular home- from scratch it would be this.

I told the owner to call me if he ever decides to sell, this is a hidden gem. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, you can walk to a little landing in the cove in 2-3 minutes.

The house has a few different rooms to unwind in and socialize but also plenty of private space in the bedrooms to get away. My husband was able to work in the bedroom office with no distraction from my 2 kids playing games in the living room. The house was kid friendly and so fun with the running brook and endless exploring the landscaped grounds and stone paths throughout. It is also the perfect place for adults to relax. So many great books in their collection, and comfy chairs and tons and tons of natural sunlight beaming in the windows.

The owners were so helpful and accommodating as well. They were great hosts! We will definitely be back!! show more show less

This is a dream home on the Cape. It provides all Orleans has to offer for a magical family or couples/friends vacation. The home is outstanding- well designed, furnished and located.

Spend days walking down to the Cove and enjoying the amazing views or warm up by the fire pit under the beautiful sky. Perfect for couples and families, the house has it all from the master suite on the top floor to amazing guest and kids rooms on the first. The kitchen and dining space is perfect for entertaining and holiday meals, and the great room with TV is ideal for the big game.

This is a true gem and Paul is an amazing owner to work with. It's a first class home in a top location! show more show less

Trust the pictures, they are a true representation of what you will find when you open the door! The house felt more like a home. Spacious rooms, comfortable furniture and a kitchen stocked with anything you could possibly desire. The location is A+, the grounds are A++, and the sunsets streaming into the kitchen actually made clean up fun. Thank you Paul!

After coming to the Cape for 10 years, this was by far the best overall rental. The house was spacious, in a great neighborhood, very clean, updated and modern but with Cape Cod charm. It was very centrally located to beaches and restaurants. But most impressive was the landscaping and backyard. Our granddaughters had a great time playing outside. With Covid-19 we were not comfortable going to restaurants, but with the backyard patio and babbling little brook we actually preferred ordering out or cooking. The hidden gem to this house was seeing the sun set over the water from the upstairs rooms. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. This was our first rental in Orleans and it was fabulous. The home was tastefully decorated and beautiful. It was newly refurbished with many amenities, including a small babbling brook which was very peaceful. We loved being able to walk to a landing to put our kayak in the water. The "peek a boo"" water views from the front rooms of the house were a real bonus. Paul was kind enough to accommodate a few requests regarding our rental and he was very easy to work with during the rental process.
