    House owned by our parents. Their three children share ownership and rent a few weeks to pay yearly expenses. We are a long-time Cape Cod family having worked at and attended local overnight summer camps in the 60's and 70's.

    What is special about this property?
    House was built in 1988. It's really private on the back deck and yard, overlooking the marsh. Lots of wildlife appears throughout the year - deer, turtles, foxes and many birds.

    It's very private in a quiet neighborhood but just over a mile from Orleans Center.

    It is walking distance to Skaket Beach (there's a private neighborhood path). Sunsets at Skaket are amazing. Easy access the bike trail.



    What is special about your town?
    Beaches - bay and ocean. Lots to do in Orleans. Hog Island Brewery and beer garden is right down the street - very kid and dog friendly plus good bands at night. Orleans is the hub of the Lower Cape. Lots to do plus easy access to the very natural and beautiful Outer Cape and quick trip to Chatham.
