We just returned from our stay at Susannah and Andrew's property and couldn't have more positive things to say about our experience. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with every necessity you could need. The master suite is comfortable, private, and spacious, and the other two bedrooms are perfect for kids and/or grandparents. The finished basement with a big, comfy sectional and large TV was great for family movie nights! Central air, washer/dryer, and an outdoor shower are great to have for summer Cape vacations. And the location can't be beat! Would definitely stay here again.

We took our first family vacation here and to say it was perfect doesn't even explain it!!! The house was so clean and had everything you needed, the beaches were so close to the home as well! There were many restaurants, bars, and breweries within close proximity! Chatham and surrounding towns were only about a 15 minute drive! The hosts were absolutely incredible, available to answer any questions we had and house was incredibly clean! There is no question that we would come back here again in a heartbeat! We are so appreciative to have taken our first family vacation together here and build memories we will never forget! Thanks so much to the hosts for renting out such an incredible and beautiful home for others to enjoy!!!!

Spent a week at this outstanding home in August. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The house has been recently (and tastefully) renovated, is very clean and is well appointed for comfort and convenience. Great location near beaches and town, quiet neighborhood, excellent indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing. The owner is very responsive and helpful. This place has it all - even ping-pong! We recommend it highly.

This home had everything we needed. Great location. The deck overlooking the pond was very relaxing and peaceful. Looking forward to going back next year.

We rented this lovely home for two weeks in July. After having rented many homes on Cape Cod, this house was, by far, the most comfortable and inviting of all. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the basement rec room was cozy with a fabulous large couch for lounging and a ping pong table for extra fun. We loved the outdoor shower and the lovely deck on the back. This house was clean, fresh and recently updated, and the owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive. We recommend this home with zero reservations.

We rented this gem in June and it was the perfect getaway for our family. Enough space for our family (including my mother in law) and friends. My son especially loved his own personal nook/playspace in the basement. We have two young children and it is so nice that a pack n play and high chair are provided so we did not have to bring more "things". We loved grilling on the deck and being so close to beaches and shops/restaurants. Everything was clean and well-kept.

We loved our week staying in this idyllic home!! The pictures do not do it justice. Perfect for a family to gather with plenty of space and basement with tv and ping pong for fun. The local ducks, turkeys, birds, squirrels and chipmunks greeted us each morning during coffee on the deck. Close to Skaket and Nauset Beaches with everything you need. Susannah is a gem!

We immensely enjoyed our two week stay at this newly renovated house. It has an open floor plan, is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. There is a large deck with a great outdoor shower and views of the pond which is filled with entertaining ducks. The house is fully stocked with kitchen items, linens, beach chairs and towels. The location is great - close to town and area beaches.

Susannah and Andrew are responsive hosts. We have already reserved it for next year and are counting the days until we return!

We rented this gorgeous house for a week in September. It was the most amazing home I have ever stayed in. Spotless, comfortable, every amenity was at our finger tips. We are big stay at home people who love to cook, drink wine and just relax and chat. This home was perfect. The kitchen and layout is perfect for cooking, snacking, chatting and just hanging out. Coffee in the morning on the beautiful deck overlooking Kettle Pond was a delight. The sleeping arrangements and baths were stellar.

Top quality everything, we didn't want to leave. Anyone who has the opportunity to stay here will be blessed. I cannot recommend a rental home higher!

We live in West Palm Beach, FL and have rented homes on the Cape during the summer for many years. We have been all over the Cape but we have come to love Orleans best. The owners have created a beautiful, inviting paradise. There was so much attention to detail. We walked in and instantly felt totally psyched for our family week.

Loved the outdoor shower, the firepit, the close proximity to Nauset Beach and the Skaket Beach sunsets. There were puzzles, games, ping pong. Our family is unanimous that we have found our favorite summer rental. Looking forward to next year already. We hated leaving.

From the kitchen, bathrooms, and basement to the linens, appliances, and furniture – everything is new, and everything is spotless. My kind of place.

Susannah and Andrew are wonderful hosts and very responsive. They are good, honest people who take great pride in Orleans and the space they created.

We packed clothes, bikes, and boogie boards - that's it. The house comes stocked with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, linens, towels, beach towels. Vacation awaits inside and out. The perfectly made beds were as beautiful to look at as they were to sleep in. The central air was so nice and kept every room comfortable. My husband enjoyed hours of reading in the hammock overlooking Kettle Pond. With the oversized sofa, television, and full-sized ping pong table in the basement, the kids sort of had their own space. I thought the heated floor in the spa-like master bathroom was a nice touch. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower and firepit – S'mores anyone?

If you're not familiar with Orleans, it's got everything. The house is less than ten minutes from the bay, the open ocean, the bike trail, art galleries, restaurants, coffee, gift, and ice cream shops… and, for those who like their "go-to" places (like us), there's also Wendy's, DD, Starbucks, TJMaxx and Stop & Shop.

My husband and children (16-27yrs old) had the most relaxing and wonderful vacation in this delightful gem of a house! The layout is spacious and perfectly appointed with a fresh designer's eye, the owners have truly thought of everything one would need to enjoy a stress free summer vacation.

The location is convenient to shopping, eateries, Crystal Lake and Nauset beach which was a daily visit, we bought a seven day beach sticker at the Nauset beach office (located at Nauset beach) and were able to save a one day parking fee.

The family vote is to return to the Kettle Pond house next summer, thank you Andrew and Susannah you are terrific hosts!

We stayed here for our annual 2 week Cape Cod vacation this year and couldn't have been happier. The kids loved the movie/game room in the basement with the ping pong table and comfy sectional in front of a big smart TV.

We loved the beautiful view of the pond with ducks swimming in the back yard, along with all the comforts of home including central AC, comfortable beds, and a nice big shower.

Everything is new and nicely finished, including fresh, stylish decor. The Orleans location is as convenient as it gets, while still on a quiet street with a great back yard.

The owners are super nice and very helpful, too. We've already booked next year's visit!

This was the perfect home base for our week on the Cape. The house is beautiful and comfortable, designed for easy living. The pictures don't fully do it justice (and can't capture the amazing shower in the master-bath).

We particularly enjoyed the large back deck overlooking the pond. Every morning our 18-mo. old grandson had to make the trek down the lawn (a distance on his little legs) to see the ducks.

The house comes with everything one could want on vacation, including a porta-crib and high chair, making packing a breeze. Orleans is the perfect jumping off point in the cape, with quick access to most important points.

The house is 5-minute walk to the ball field to catch a CC Baseball League game or use the playground. The walk into town is just another 5 minutes. Andrew and Susannah were unobtrusive but available whenever we had a question. All-in-all, a perfect Cape home!

We just spent a delightful off-season week at this beautiful Cape Cod home. Newly furnished and decorated, the owners did not miss a thing by way of furnishings or amenities (Roku flat screen TV show, excellent wifi, washer/dryer) . So they made us feel right at home. From fresh linens to the pot of tulips in the kitchen and welcoming bottle of wine in the refrigerator, no detail was missed. Everything is new and clean. Beds and sofas very comfortable. Our only concern was to leave the home in the same mint condition it greeted us.

Conveniently located in Orleans to shopping, restaurants and great carry- out choices, the modern kitchen and Weber propane grill also enabled us to cook at home. For recreation, the near by Atlantic beaches and Cape Cod Rail Trail provide beautiful vistas and opportunities to bike, walk or swim (in warmer weather). With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, the house offers a very comfortable place for a couple ( as in our case) or larger family to stay.

We are already planning our next visit!

Great spacious house, very well decorated, comfortable beds and sofas. Lovely sunny kitchen/living room/dining room with deck overlooking pond. Great finished basement.

Walking distance to Town Center, park with tennis courts, Crystal Lake. Close to Nauset Beach, Skaket Beach, Little Pleasant Bay—if you can't bring bikes you can rent them in the Town Center.

From the moment walked in, had everything we needed for my daughter's birthday getaway with few friends. The touches are noticed...comfy cozy furniture and beds! Well appointed kitchen that's open and entertaining. View from kitchen window to watch the ducks on the pond. And for the Parents, the master suite is great! Heated porcelain tile floors out of glass shower was a luxury. King bed was so comfortable with TV to chill.

Basement was where the teens hung out and slept on big sofa. Close to beaches, lakes, restaurants and grocery. What more could you need for a Cape getaway.
