The house is nestled on a private lot at the end of a cul de sac and is extremely quiet. The property backs up to protected wetlands, ensuring privacy. There is an outdoor shower and gas grill, making this a perfect vacation rental. <br />

The home is less than 1 mile from Nauset Beach, which allows Over Sand Vehicles with a purchased permit. It’s a 3 minute car drive or a quick bike ride away. Orleans’ Main Street and entrance to the bike path are also an easy bike ride away. Close to the Barley Neck Inn for live music, happy hours, and great food as well as Nauset Farms where all your breakfast favorites and beach ready lunches can be picked up. An 8 minute drive to Skaket Beach, which is perfect if you have little ones and also enjoy Ah-Mazing sunsets.<br />

Visit Cape Cod National Seashore, Skaket Beach, ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Nickerson State Park boasts freshwater fishing, hiking, and an 8-mile bike path. You can also swim in the fresh water at the park.<br />

Chatham Fish Pier and Market- Watch the fishing boats offload their catch and see the seals waiting for what may be thrown over to them. Purchase all your fresh fish and lobsters at the Fish Market<br />
Whale Watching- Provincetown at MacMillan Wharf or Province Town Whale Watch<br />
Nantucket- Head over to Hyannis to take a ferry to Nantucket for a day filled with beachscapes, shopping and unique architecture <br />
Orleans Cycle- bicycle rentals so you can spend the day exploring the Cape Cod Rail Trail <br />

CANCELLATION POLICY:<br />
1) Must be in writing and received by Landlord <br />
2) Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund<br />
3) Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. HOWEVER, if the property is rented to others within the 60 days, you will receive an 85% refund <br />
4) The Tenant acknowledges the benefit of and option to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance should the need arise to cancel. <br />
5) There are no refunds for early departures, delayed arrivals, inclement weather, or reduction in the number of nights reserved. read more show less
