This custom two bedroom home in East Orleans was built in 2008. The property is very clean and well maintained with multiple flower beds, grassy open areas, multiple mature cedar trees, and pastoral views. A 10" x 10" post and beam shed with ramp is available in the back for your bikes or other items.
This home features high ceilings, beautiful wooden trim and pocket doors, and durable maple flooring throughout. Visitors can park in either the front parking area or a secondary shaded side area off Westwood Drive. A total of 4 off street parking spots are available.
The maximum number of guests permitted is 5.
The First Floor:
Upon entering the home, you"ll find an open floor plan with a spacious living room, dinging room, and kitchen. The living room layout includes a large and cozy "L" shape couch that seats 5, a leather recliner, Smart TV with an Apple TV streaming system (free Netflix, Disney +, and Amazon Prime), and a wood stove. The open floor plan links the living room and kitchen with a two bar stools and an eat-in counter. The custom kitchen with new granite counters has everything you need for the most complex meals. A half bath is near the kitchen with an outdoor shower just steps from the back door. A formal dining room at the front of the house includes seating for six. An extra tall screened porch is attached to the kitchen and contains both a teak dining room table, a cushioned sofa and two oversized chairs. The screened porch leads to a small landing that goes into the spacious grassy back yard, bordered with a cedar fence with three gates to keep track of your little ones. The 16 x 12 back yard outdoor stone patio has generous seating, an umbrella, a large Weber gas grill, and extra large cedar walled outdoor shower. If you prefer to cook with charcoal, we can provide a different Weber cooker.<br />

Second Floor<br />

The master bedroom (24 x 14) has a full sized four window dormer with south facing bank of windows, three plentiful closets, bureaus, a queen sized bed, and sitting area with a love seat couch. Off to one side of this room is a single bed in its own private nook. A door next to the queen bed in the master goes to a private second floor deck, perfect for star watching! A second bedroom down the hallway contains a queen sized bed. The second floor bathroom has a full sized washer/dryer set, large wall mounted vanity mirror/cabinet, wooden jelly jar cabinet, and a large walk in shower with bypass doors. <br />

We provide three window air conditioners in the house: a large one in the kitchen that cools the entire first floor, a medium one pin the master bedroom, and a small one in the guest room. Together they keep the house comfortable on hot summer days. We supply dish towels, bathroom hand towels, bath mats, bed protectors, pillow protectors (5 pillows in all) and blankets. We also have weekly trash and recycling pickup - both adjacent to the front parking area. We also provide loaner picnic coolers, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, kids sand toys, and some yard sports items. <br />

Cleaning Fee: We charge a $100 cleaning fee but if you leave the rental in very good condition, we"ll RETURN it to you in full!<br />

Note: This is not a party rental. Families are encouraged. Total daily gatherings may not exceed 15. No loud music or group events permitted without prior permission. No outdoor fires. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.<br /> read more show less
