Or walk to the sandy beach, bring the provided Tommy Bahama chairs, cooler and umbrella and take a swim, watch the boating activity on Pleasant Bay or hop on one of the kayaks or paddle boards and take a spin. After a day on the beach, there is nothing like an outdoor shower.

For dining, there are many seating options. The inside farmhouse table extends and seats up to 12. Two other tables are also available. In the sunroom and outdoor patio seating allow for up to 8 additional guests each. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the lounge chairs on the deck or the Adirondack chairs on the lawn. Tracy!

Everything about staying at your home was fabulous!

From the moment we walked in it felt so right!
To the right I first glimpsed an English Tea tin - I have the same!
If I sent you photos of our saltbox home Pine Hill you would sense what I felt being at Pleasant Bay!

We look at a stretch of tall pIne trees and a pool.
At your place we see the beautiful bay.
We have a barn / studio for music.
You have one for family time.
The similarities are there yet each home is distinct.

Other than our special escape to Jackson Hole each winter,
yours is a rental home we would return to.

I / WE apologize for not knowing about the path and using our car one day very quickly (minutes!) to drop off beach chairs and umbrellas. When we noticed a few cars driving down the path that day we assumed innocently and wrongfully it was an acceptable means of access.YIKES! Days later we saw the notes on the fridge - (the ones regarding the path) - which were behind the checking out notes. We sincerely apologize Tracy and truly hope that did not cause you any issues.

Now - back to the positive!

You are obviously a giving person because it shows in the way you SHARE your home!

Our entire family marveled at the ease of our stay as it felt like a home away from home.
You certainly leave everything about for all to enjoy and I felt as if we were staying at a family member's home rather than a rental.

We usually stay at the Wequassett - we were looking for a way to all be together in one "home base" place with our adult children while on the Cape for my niece's wedding. Your home satisfied that and so much more.

Each room brought us happy, shared moments.
The outdoor space proved to be a fantastic reprieve for our sons and their girlfriends who live in NYC.

We want to thank you for sharing your home with us and send you the best!

Great place to stay on Pleasant Bay. Great views of the water & quick, easy walk down to the beach. Clean, spacious house with massive lawns overlooking the water. Extremely well-stocked kitchen - pots, pans, stemware, cups, glasses, silverware, cheese knives, etc etc. We loved it and had a great time there in November. In the summer, with the kayaks, I'm sure it would be even better. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible time! This is our second time staying at this wonderful property. We really love this space and the private beach. We stayed for a week this time and got to explore more of the area … Really loving Orleans and Chatham. Tracy has done an amazing job and is an attentive and gracious host. We'll be back next year!!! Thanks again!

If you really, really need a relaxing vacation-this is the place for you. You'll have plenty of privacy, at the same time you're close to some of the best beaches on Cape Cod and walking distance to Pleasant Bay. The attention to detail is remarkable. Everything you need is here. Tracy provides an abundant supply of beach towels, linens, even cleaning supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, plenty of dishes and utensils, a laundry room with all the supplies you'll need. Even the beds are comfortable. There's a solarium with a ping pong table that leads to a beautiful patio with a great grill. The location is great and close to some of the best beaches on Cape Cod. Unpack and unwind. show more show less

This house is located perfectly! Not only a great location itself with its view, private beach, and wonderful patio, it allowed us to venture out for day or afternoon trips and never have to spend too much time in the car.

Tracy was helpful and responsive when we encountered a coffee maker glitch and the problem was quickly resolved. Her communication was great and appreciated!

We were visiting in Oct, so we simply walked on the beach vs hanging out in beach chairs. But we did take advantage of the fire pit -- lots of fun!

The house was lovely and had everything you could possibly want or need for a stay. The kitchen was one of the best supplied kitchens I've encountered in an Airbnb -- it was great! The entire place is lovely and airy, yet "coastal cozy" at the same time. It accomodates a large family, but my husband and I enjoyed having the place to ourselves for our anniversary long weekend. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Tracy's home was perfect for our family of 4. The location was perfect so every space in the house. The patio, the fire pit, the access to the beach. All you need to go to the beach is available to you. The house is comfortable and so we'll decorated. The work Tracy and family has done is really enjoyable. They welcome our family with a great bottle of wine and marshmallow treats for the kids. We really appreciate staying at Tracy's house. Everything was super clean and organized. Many game boards and outdoor games and things to do. We visit all the local spots recommended and have to say that we love the breakfast place in town "hole in…" and the surf shop as well ?? thank you Tracy show more show less

This is a wonderful place for a vacation -- very comfortable inside and with wide open space outside. The view of Pleasant Bay (from inside and outside) made all of us happy, as did eating outside, kayaking, and nighttime star gazing, to name just a few things. The location is good, with a wide variety of nearby beaches (and plenty of beach towels and a big washing machine and dryer made beach trips easy for the adults). Tracy was an accommodating and responsive hostess.

Tracy is an incredible host! This property is incredible! She thought of everything and the attention to detail and all the little extras made it very special. This farmhouse is so charming and has amazing views of the ocean. We absolutely loved the private beach…We'll be back again very soon!

We shared this home with a group of friends for a week and had an amazing time. First off, Tracy was great to work with! Easily accessible and answered every question I had. Secondly, the work she did on this home is incredible. She kept the old aesthetic of the Cape Cod farm house but renovated it to modernize the home and make it more efficient. So much detail went into decorating the home and the beach house vibe is comforting and refreshing.

The house is large with lots of space for everyone to be able to either hang out together or have space to themselves. The outdoor lawn is vast and great for playing sports. We loved the back deck and fire pit set up and the large bbq was perfect for grilling large amounts of food. The kitchen is fully stocked with more glasses and plates than you could ever need. I particularly appreciated all of the natural, eco-friendly bath and cleaning products (Go Grove)! We loved the fact that we had access to the kayaks and paddle boards and were very grateful for the use of the kayak and beach carts for carrying things down the path to the beach. Tracy provides everything you need when it come to the beach including chairs, towels, toys, coolers and sunscreen. We really enjoyed having private beach access and the water was so warm in the bay. We even saw seals swimming around the bay and were blessed by the presence of the neighborhood fox who would come by ad visit.

All in all, an amazing Airbnb rental with incredible ocean views and a great hostess!

We shared this house with another family for the week and it was perfect. The house is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location is beautiful, plenty of space for the kids to enjoy the outdoors. Couldn't ask for a better spot. Thanks to Tracy and her family for sharing this house with us. It was a perfect spot to spend a week on the Cape.

My name is Tracy. My husband Roel and I bought this property in October 2021 after spending almost 2 years searching for the right fit. We were looking for something special and unique with some historical significance. With the market being so hot, we did not realize how challenging that task would be. We were also looking for a home that could accommodate our large extended family.

I grew up on the Cape and moved to California for college. I enjoy a career in Commercial Real Estate in California. I have been an Asset Manager for 30 years handling the management of shopping centers, office and medical complexes. Roel is a purchasing manager for an auto paint company. We have a 14 year old daughter, Sophia. Although she keeps us busy with her schedule of volleyball and basketball, we have enjoyed traveling and have spent a significant amount of time exploring Europe. In addition to traveling, I enjoy cycling and hiking. Roel loves golf and plays regularly on a men's club team.

The acquisition of this home has been a dream of mine for many years. I always knew at some point I would return to the Cape. In addition to providing a vacation rental that guests will want to return to year after year to make their own memories, it is my hope with now having a footprint back on the Cape, Sophia will get to know and appreciate the natural beauty of the Cape as I did growing up.

What is special about this property?
There are so many special aspects to this property. The property has direct water access. The home was designed with open-concept living. All of the spaces including the bedrooms are spacious. The large bay windows allow for unparallel water views from all of the common areas. With the property being over 2 1/2 acres, most of the outdoor space enjoys a substantial sprawling lawn. The home has a unique feature of a 100-foot tower that has now been converted into a bunkhouse and game room.

What is special about your town?
    Make a Splash
Orleans is a waterfront destination, and not just at the beaches. Between Town Cove, Pleasant Bay and all their tributaries, all kinds of watersports are popular here, including kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, boating and fishing. Rentals at Goose Hummock, Nauset Marine East and Arey's Pond will get you going. If you want to have someone else drive check out Blue Claw Boat Tours.

    Go to the Beach
On the Atlantic side, Nauset Beach is a 10-mile stretch of sand and dunes lining the eastern edge of town. Waves can vary from gentle and kid-friendly to massive swells that bring out the surfers and skim boarders.
On the bay side of Orleans, Skaket Beach offers waves that are calmer and the water warmer here, Skaket has an exceptionally low tide that creates tidal pools filled with fascinating sea creatures.

    Ride a Bike
The Cape Cod Rail Trail passes directly through the arts and shopping district in Orleans, the only town on the Cape able to make such a claim. From Orleans, it's an easy trek north to Cape Cod National Seashore or southwest to Nickerson State Park, both offering hike/bike paths of their own. Rent cycles and other gear at Orleans Cycle, Mike's Bike Trail Rentals and Brewster Bike.

    Catch a Baseball Game
A collegiate summer baseball team and member of the Cape Cod Baseball League's Eastern Division. You might see tomorrow's Major League player during home games played in June and July at Eldredge Park, with playoffs in August.
