Nestled in the heart of the Mid-Cape town of Orleans, our 3 bedroom / 2 bath rental home is the perfect getaway for families looking to experience Cape Cod in all of its summer glory. Located within walking distance of Orleans' Main Street and seconds from the scenic Cape Cod Rail Trail, our cottage is a 3 minute car ride from Skaket Beach's serene waters on Cape Cod Bay, 9 minutes to Nauset Beach on the Atlantic Ocean, and a 2 minute drive to the breathtaking sunsets found only at Rock Harbor.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in the following configuration: Master Bedroom 1 (Queen Bed), Corner Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed - new July 2022), Bedroom 3 (Full Bed - new July 2022), and Family & Living Room (Queen sleeper sofas). Our kitchen is well-stocked and includes the following: coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, cooking utensils and gadgets, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Dine in the dining room adjacent to the kitchen, or use the Weber gas grill on the deck, right off of the kitchen. The Living Room features ample seating and smart television for winding down at the end of the day, and the family room includes a mounted Smart Television from which guests can log in to access their personal streaming media such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube TV, etc. Wireless Internet is included & Air conditioning units have been installed for your comfort.

For Summer 2021 we refreshed our home for your comfort including interior painting, lighter and brighter decor, in addition to new furniture and windows in the master bedroom and bath. A larger patio table and chair set and new gas Weber grill have also been added to the deck. A new washer & dryer have also been installed in the unfinished basement. read more show less
