This single level family and pet friendly home is located in a quiet neighborhood within a 5 minute walking distance to Eldredge Park, home of the Orleans Fire Birds.

The house is centrally located less than a mile to Downtown Orleans, 1.6 miles from Skaket Beach and 3.4 miles to Nauset beach. Bring your bikes for a ride downtown or along the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

The house has plenty of space for a small family, with three bedrooms, one bath, dining area, cozy living room with a smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. The back deck with gas grill and outdoor seating allows you to choose between eating inside or outside. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower.

Plenty of yard space for pets and kids to play.

Will provide dog crate if requested.

Washer and dryer in basement.
Trash removal once per week.
Linens provided.
There is a pet fee
Check-out time is 10 am. Check-in 4 pm.

    I am a long-time Cape resident, raising my family here. I enjoy renting my home in the summer to couples and families who wish to experience the Cape.

    What is special about this property?
    This house is centrally located within walking distance of the downtown area. Within .5 miles of Eldredge Park, Snows Library, Shaw's, and several restaurants and local boutiques.

    What is special about your town?
    Orleans is well known for it Beaches both ocean and bayside as well as its ponds, walking trails, downtown shopping area and family friendly community.
