This single level family and pet friendly home is located in a quiet neighborhood within a 5 minute walking distance to Eldredge Park, home of the Orleans Fire Birds.

The house is centrally located less than a mile to Downtown Orleans, 1.6 miles from Skaket Beach and 3.4 miles to Nauset beach. Bring your bikes for a ride downtown or along the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

The house has plenty of space for a small family, with three bedrooms, one bath, dining area, cozy living room with a smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. The back deck with gas grill and outdoor seating allows you to choose between eating inside or outside. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower.

Plenty of yard space for pets and kids to play.

Washer and dryer in basement.

Trash removal once per week.

There is a pet fee

Check-out time is 10 am. Check-in 4 pm.

    A Wonderful Experience!

    Elizabeth was very communicative from the initial request about her rental, which was important to us! Her home is in such a lovely location; we were able to take our dog for walks at any time of the day without fear or traffic. The rental is the perfect size, is kept clean & the location is fantastic especially for our familiar who spends a lot of time in Orleans!

    I am a long-time Cape resident, raising my family here. I enjoy renting my home in the summer to couples and families who wish to experience the Cape.

    This house is centrally located within walking distance of the downtown area. Within .5 miles of Eldredge Park, Snows Library, Shaw's, and several restaurants and local boutiques.

    Orleans is well known for it Beaches both ocean and bayside as well as its ponds, walking trails, downtown shopping area and family friendly community.
