Nestled into the quiet Tonset neighborhood of East Orleans, this charming vacation home is ideally located just a five-minute drive from the broad sands and ocean surf of famous Nauset Beach. Ride your bikes and don’t worry about parking. Your feet will be in the sand in just 12 minutes by bike! You’re even closer to East Orleans Village, where you’ll become addicted to popular Smitty’s Ice Cream, as well as Nauset Farms Market with their fresh produce, outstanding butcher shop, mouthwatering deli sandwiches and taste tempting desserts. You can walk to the Village in 18 minutes, bike to it in only five.

This home’s outdoor living space includes a good-sized patio out back. Here you’ll find a dining table and chairs, along with other outdoor furniture, the gas grill and the enclosed outdoor shower.

Inside, you’ll love the fully equipped, updated kitchen with stainless appliances including a big Viking electric range, along with marble as well as one hardwood countertop. The wood counter has seating for two. The handsome dining area and comfy living room are right off the kitchen. There’s a second gathering space on the main level – an appealing three-step-down sunken family room with more lounge seating and a big TV, in addition to a desk/workstation.

The primary bedroom suite is on the main level. It includes an inviting king size bed, private full bath en suite and a TV. There’s also a second full bath on the main level, as well as a washer and dryer.

The second level is divided into two separate areas. One of them is occupied by the second primary suite, this one with a queen size bed plus a daybed. It also has a private full bath with a step-in shower. The third bedroom has another queen, while the fourth bedroom has two twins. Those last two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combination.  

The home has central air conditioning in the main part of the home, smart/cable TV and high-speed WiFi. The room above the garage is cooled by a new efficient, quiet window unit. There’s a Foosball table in the semi-finished basement. Owners will consider a dog for a nominal pet fee, within certain guidelines, available on request.
