3 Br + 1 bath, well stocked Kitchen, Dining area, Family room. Sleeps 6. 1 Queen bed in MBR, 2 twins each in other 2 BRs. The 2 Twin Bedrooms are located on the south side of Cottage away from the Master Bedroom.

Private Deck with peeks of Nauset Inlet facing west. BBQ, Outside Shower. Window AC, Internet.
(1) single Kayak, 6 Beach Chairs.

    Lovely vacation cottage very close to Nausett Beach

    We rented for many summers in various places on the cape and this cottage was a find. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the place overall was clean and neat. We enjoyed the front deck and the comfortable living area for hanging out, game playing, and reading. The pictures on the listing and description are accurate. There is a 10-minute walk to a private section of Nausett... and just under a mile to the public part of that beach. Also appreciated the 10pm quiet hours...in the small community of cottages. The owners were very quick and responsive in answering questions. show more show less
