    Felt like our home, we rent it always for 2 weeks

    We have worked with these tenants the past three years and kept re-renting due to how accommodating, if we had a question, if we had a problem they were there right away!! . I love the location of the home, It was easy to get to and Nauset Beach or Skaket Beach were a close drive. They have everything we needed at the home and the pool was a nice bonus for a refreshing day after the beach. The tenant's give you a nice document with all recommendations and how to's for their home. I would definitely recommend renting this home and it's nice that the linens were already there as well, it is spacious, bedrooms as well and the tenants and the actual home made you feel like it was your home for the duration of your rented time! show more show less

    Our family has enjoyed this home for the past 2 years and have already booked our third stay for 2026. The home is immaculate, well equipped and perfect for our family of 5 adults. The heated pool and large yard with plenty of yard games make it tempting to never leave! Once you do leave, you have easy access to Orleans beaches and restaurants. Having linens included and being able to bring our dog are another bonus. I can't imagine ever wanting to stay anywhere else in Orleans.

    What a home. I grew up in this neighborhood and cannot imagine finding a nicer place to spend time in the East Orleans / Nauset Beach area.

    The house is absolutely stunning, with modern amenities throughout, from the light-filled spaces to the highest-end appliances, all set in an environment that feels peaceful, tasteful, and first-class in every way. The artwork, the layout, and the amenities are all impeccable.

    I was able to truly unwind and spend hours reading in the sprawling downstairs bedroom in complete peace and quiet. I also enjoyed barbecuing and spending time in the lovely, spacious swimming pool area. This is not a small dipping pool, but a full lap pool that is perfect for real exercise. Everything about the outdoor space felt like a true backyard oasis.

    Although I did not need to use the upstairs bedrooms, I was impressed by how open and spacious the layout is and how easily it could accommodate several people, while still maintaining a strong sense of privacy and calm. The enclosed pool area, especially with its elegant nighttime lighting, adds to the serene atmosphere.

    Thank you, Michael and Kevin, for your kindness and flexibility, and for allowing me to experience my hometown in such a high-class yet entirely relaxed setting. I am truly grateful.     show more show less
