Lower level bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed. Lower level walkout will be furnished in the Spring with new couch and TV. From this house, you also have so many favorite Lower Cape attractions: ~10 minute drive to Nauset Beach, ~5 minute drive to Skaket Beach, access to the Cape Cod Bike Trail nearby, and hiking through Nickerson State Park for trails to Higgins, Flax, and Little Flax ponds. It is also convenient to Orleans and Brewster shopping and dining. Private access to fresh water pond. Walk down winding path & stairs;100 Feet from back deck to water. Owner does not provide boats. NO Pets Accepted.
