This three bedroom one and a half baths, plus outdoor shower is perfect for a big family or two small families. The upstairs primary bedroom includes a king bed, a twin tundral bed and full bath.

The main floor includes the kitchen, half bath and living room, The walkout basement includes a queen bedroom, one bedroom with two twin beds, laundry, and direct access to the outdoor shower. Off the kitchen is a balcony with dining table.

There are mini splits on each floor for your comfort on those warm summer days.

The shed has both a with hangout space, mini fridge, TV and a back storage room. There is plenty of parking on the hydrangea line driveway and room to play outside in the yard.
