Great stay! The house and neighborhood is perfect! We so enjoyed walking to the water! The house was well stocked with more than you could need! Nicole was very responsive! Definitely a keeper for our next trip!!

Cute cottage in Orleans -
Nicole and Jordan were great hosts! Their place was well decorated and fully stocked for everything we needed. They left great touches to make us feel right at home. Great water access and close to the town. Would recommend!

Perfect in every way.
I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Nicole's home. It was perfect in every way. It's comfortable and well equipped as detailed in the listing. The location is excellent - quiet, but close to lots of great markets, coffee, the beach, and cute shops. Nicole was quick to respond and made my stay so easy. Lovely home and great location
Great home located in a beautiful garden beach atmosphere. Close to the beach, shops and grocery stores. We truly had a relaxing and wonderful time. Definitely would return again. Hosts were always available to answer any questions, provided list of places to visit or dine, and even maps of trails around the surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at this comfortable, welcoming home in Orleans. The house itself is charming, nestled in a lovely garden. Recently renovated, it felt clean and new, and was exceptionally well-supplied -- we appreciated the good kitchen equipment, and the invitation to help ourselves to cooking basics. Tons of towels, generous shower supplies, and beach necessities. The location is excellent -- the house is well situated between ocean and bayside beaches, close to the town center for shopping and eating, with so many lovely hikes and kettle ponds for freshwater fun close by. Orleans of course is in a central location on the cape -- lovely low-key town with a great little main street (book shop! health food shop! yoga on the beach every day!), and it's easy to cycle or drive to other towns nearby. I would heartily recommend this property!

Fantastic and clean property within minutes to everything -
We were looking for a location that was very convenient to the beaches and other popular amenities and definitely found it with this property. It was very clean, private, and a very enjoyable place to stay for the week. Communication with the owner was stellar and there were zero hiccups along the way. The owner is proactive and everything from points of interest to local and state guidelines. There is plenty of room for parents and teenagers to separate from one another if required. The kitchen and family room areas are very open and clean and provide everything that you need for a fantastic vacation. We began to joke by mid week that everything was four minutes away.

We just completed an absolutely delightful (too short) week at Prop ID# and have only superlatives to report. Our every need was accommodated and we did not want to leave. The home is located in lovely Orleans and there is a ton to do. All of the owners suggestions were also great and we absolutely hope to return! Thanks Nicole!!
