Welcome to MacLean Studio! The family has lovingly set this home up for your enjoyment for the first time on the market! Located in a superb East Orleans location a very short walk to Nauset Farm Market for your morning coffee or sandwiches, snacks and drinks to take to Nauset beach for the day! Is also Whisk and The Rail along with Barley Neck Inn which are very popular spots to eat and to be seen!

Travel the other direction and enjoy the warm waters of Cape Cod Bay at Skaket Beach or Rock Harbor (where you can also watch the fishing boats come in or take one of the charters yourself!). The town also has much to offer for shops, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and more!

Back in residence you will be more than comfortable on the big fluffy couches or eating at the large table with your whole group but if you prefer to read a book in quiet enjoy the red couch or do some work at the desk. There's plenty of space for all your food and drinks in the walk-in pantry which is unexpected in a rental on Cape Cod! <br /> <br /> Plenty of comfy beds and bedrooms can be found throughout, one with a double bed on the first floor with a full tub bath across the hall including a washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen and one with a king with direct access to the full tub bathroom and has an attached area with 3 twins beds. This bathroom is also accessed from the hall. There's also a "shower in the woods" which is pretty cool! <br /> <br /> Did I mention there are two decks for your enjoyment, perhaps one for breakfast and one for dinner? Extreme privacy is offered in this exclusive neighborhood via lots of trees and bushes. Can it get any better than this?
