This was our second year staying here and once again had a fabulous time! The unit was clean and ready for us per usual. Can't wait to stay here next year! Thank you!

We had a wonderful week at Skaket Beach. The condo is brilliantly located for incredible views and relaxation. It's a short drive to town and easily accessible, plus so close to get locations across the Cape. We had the good fortune of sharing the condo with other incredible families below and aside which made for a remarkably memorable trip. For the price and location it doesn't get any better. If we had to nitpick one negative, we were hopeful that the condo was to be available earlier than our scheduled arrival time but unfortunately beat the cleaner there (and probably rushed them a bit). But nothing was to cast a negative on our week which was absolutely perfect. We'll be back!

For those not interested in a long review: BEST value for the money. This condo is my new favorite way to spend time on the Cape.
For the rest of you, read on: My wife and I have been coming to the Cape for several years, originally as RV'ers, later staying at inns / B&Bs. This is by far the best situation we've ever had. Parking is literally at the doorstep. Location is PERFECT. Could not want a better view. The property is well cared-for and maintained. Inside the condo is exactly as described, in some cases better than described. Did not expect a kitchen so well equipped and certainly weren't expecting it to be stocked in any way! Coffee and coffeemaker filters both were already on hand! Sure, its possible they were just left by a previous occupant but doesn't matter. When you arrive late on a chilly, rainy night after "that drive", being able to make a hot cup of coffee right away makes everything instantly better. The decor is pure Cape. Layout and the furnishings are comfortable and functional and seems well thought out, down to the swivel chairs that let us face the beach in the mornings & daytime and face the room in the evening; brilliant! As mentioned above kitchen is equipped well enough to cover any reasonable need. Same goes for the bath, all the towels you'll ever need etc. Bathroom seems a little snug at first but it all works! Bedrooms are well equipped, with ample storage, closets, dressers etc. Beds are comfortable with plenty of bedding available. Unit has a washer and dryer! The idea of doing laundry during your Cape vacation may not sound like fun but being able to dry off rain-soaked clothing or damp beach wear is a bigger deal than you'd think. The weather at first wasn't ideal to say the least; overcast, rainy and about 10 degrees colder than what we've come to expect for the Cape at this time of year. If we'd been in the RV, we'd have been shivering in a tin box & considering going home early. If we were in a B&B, we'd be confined to one room or sharing a common area. Because we had this wonderful place with plenty of room and every comfort right on the beach, we had a great time waiting out the bad weather. This place is fully equipped with cards, games, cable TV and WiFi. Once the weather sorted itself out, we took advantage of the excellent beach access and hit the beach at least twice a day for the rest of our stay. Sometimes it was just great to sit and watch the tides from the deck. The condo comes with chairs and other beach gear (which we did not need, so I have no firsthand knowledge of that). We split our time between dining out (top 10 restaurants right up the road) and buying fresh seafood, wine and other goodies in town and bringing it all back to "our place" on the beach. One of the best ways to see the Cape is by bicycle and the Cape Cod Bike Trail is literally five minutes from the doorstep.
Dealing with the property owner was a pleasure. Communication, directions and other guidance were timely and 100% accurate. They really do have this down to a T.
I want to give as fair and accurate a picture as I can so the only other thing I will say about this location is that this is a beach house, not The Biltmore. Its a great stay that many people have enjoyed over many years. The property is kept clean, its obvious that its been maintained and updated, but there are signs of use and wear, none of which were significant enough to matter to my (somewhat particular) wife or to me.
Its also not a hotel; there is no housekeeping during your stay. The people using the condo share partial responsibility for keeping it clean and in good order. This is handled for the most part on the honor system. Make of that what you will.
Bottom line: Don't expect pristine, gold-plated perfection. If that's what you're looking for, make yourself comfortable at one of the Cape's fine luxury resorts...and leave Skaket Beach for us! I would happily stay here again.

We have stayed on the Cape for many years with our family and friends. This location on Skaket Beach was amazing. Literally steps to the beach and water. The amazing sunsets were a thing a beauty, visible on the deck each night. The space was perfect for the two of us and was fully stocked with everything we needed.

My family has stayed in this property many times and it is always a wonderful experience. Everything was clean and in top shape. It wouldn't be summer without our time in this lovely beach house. We will definitely stay here again!

The photos of this property are accurate, but don't begin to show the beauty of the light, starry nights, and of course SUNSETS! The condo is super clean and well stocked with any equipment you may need to cook or to have fun in the sun. Just steps away from long walks on soft sand or through warm tide pools during low tide, or fun on floats during high tide. Our group, ages 4-70, all had days of fun in the sun and in the condo, watching big screen TV, playing games, reading, or just people or weather watching. Nadine is an excellent host; well organized and ready to answer any questions. I strongly recommend this property and owner.

I have been going to the Cape for over 50 years with my family and this was my first year I have rented on my own...could not have been more perfect! Staying right on the beach and watching the most beautiful sunsets from the deck was out of this world!

Hopefully we will be able to stay there again next year!

This was our second year with this property, though we have been vacationing at the Cape for nearly 40 years. During that time, we have stayed at a number of summer rentals, depending on the size of our family. Well, the kids are grown and we had to down-sized our rental needs, which has allowed us to get smaller places but in locations we've always wanted. In this case, the condo is perfect for us since it has everything we want AND in a perfect location right on Skaket Beach. Skaket has always been our favorite beach and this condo is literally only steps away.

The property itself has a remarkable view. It is clean and well equipped with everything we need. The owner ensures that it is also well-maintained.

Gloria and I had a very nice week on Cape Cod. It was my first visit to the Cape and I was very pleased with everything. It was more picturesque than I anticipated.

The condo was very clean and was fully equipped with everything that was needed for a visit. The outside deck had wonderful views across the bay and we spent some happy times sitting out there.

The advertisement for the condo was correct as everything that was needed for a visit was included.

It is unfair for us to review this rental as we literally consider it our Cape Cod home as we have been renting this unit from the late 90's, from the current owners mother. Our three children grew up on the beach here, and now come with children of their own.

The unit is immaculate and has gone through many modern upgrades, over the years, not the least of which is central AC and a washer drier. There are beach houses and there are houses on the beach. You are living on the beach.

We have been vacationing on Cape Cod for over 20 years. This stay was the nicest we have ever experienced. Thanks for a lovely beachfront condo.

We have been vacationing in the Cape since the early 80s and this was by far our best visit yet! The location couldn't have been better and the rental property was perfect. This visit was just my wife and I and there was plenty of room. More than four people and it would get a little tight. Still it was perfect for us.

It was clean, well equipped, and totally relaxing -- which is what you want from a vacation. We had perfect weather all week and the sunsets were marvelous. My wife, who has been vacationing on the Cape since being a little girl said multiple times that this was the best ever.

Nadine was immediately responsive, though there was no need to contact her. But it is always good to know you can get help if needed. I highly recommend the property to anyone who wants a wonder vacation right on Skaket Beach!

This was the perfect vacation spot, especially during a pandemic. Having so much oceanfront space was wonderful. The home was well stocked with everything our family needed, and the location was incredible. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful too. I would go back in a heartbeat. This is part of a 4 unit building.

Nadine was an amazing host and her rental is one of, if not the best we've ever used. We couldn't be happier with Nadine's communication, the accommodations and did we say LOCATION!! Please don't hesitate to stay here or rent form Nadine... Just wait until we book our week again next year!

This condo was hands down our favorite location that we have ever stayed! It's situated on its own section of private beach which was absolutely perfect with plenty of space to spread out. The beach was stunning, as were the sunrises and sunsets! The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. We were worried about having no A/C but the cross breeze through the condo was fantastic. Dining on the deck overlooking the ocean was so lovely every night. Being able to walk right back from the beach into the condo anytime you wanted a snack or to use the bathroom was such a lifesaver this summer! This location can't be beat. We can't wait to stay there again!

My family and I spent a week at this lovely beach house. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. Right on the beach, so beautiful! Easy to get to, and plenty of space for all. Made for such a restful and peaceful vacation for all!! We would definitely come back in the future, if we ever find our way back out to the Cape.

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Absolutely love Skaket Beach and this was an awesome way to wake up to the bay and end the day with the most beautiful sunsets.
