Classic Cape Cod Cottage at the end of Barley Neck Rd is recently updated with fresh paint, new front face of the house, shiplap living room, new furnishings and outside seating. This charming cape-style cottage has two large bedrooms, over-sized eat-in kitchen, full bath and spacious living room. A huge, sunny deck and screened porch grace the south-facing side of the house with dining and seating for relaxing or reading a book. There is also a patio for grilling. The cottage has two Roku Tvs, internet, a/c units, washer/dryer and an outside shower. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, each with an additional trundle bed underneath with all new mattresses. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6. There is a Graco Pack and Play available as well as a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Located towards the end of beautiful Barley Neck. There is a walking trail at the end of Barley Neck about a 1/4 mile from the cottage. A nice yard to play in with corn hole and views of open space across the street.

Walk to water; Pleasant Bay public landing and Meetinghouse Pond public dock for swimming, fishing and boat launch. Surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, fishing; 2.5 miles to Nauset Beach, with a large parking area and food trucks. Walk or bike the quiet, tree-lined streets of East Orleans. Excellent shopping and dining in East Orleans Village. Capture the ocean views and smells on a seaside trail at the end of Barley Neck. Enjoy bayside beaches and sunsets across town at Skaket Beach and Rock Harbor. Bike paths, public tennis courts, pickle ball courts and playground located in Orleans.
