Boasting almost 4000 square feet makes this special, along with multiple living areas in a spacious screened porch with chairs and a dining table, a large furnished deck with chaises, chairs, tables with umbrellas, an enclosed outdoor shower in addition to lovely, lovely gardens. Excellent kitchen and pantry. Comfortably furnished throughout, oodles of amenities, and highlighted by wonderful artwork and pottery, the home can be rented without all the bedrooms should you desire; ask us about the options.
Note: 10 guests maximum
Above the garage, you'll find a large studio with a bath, queen bed, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator plus space for someone to paint or write.

Easy drive to Ballston Beach or bay beaches from the property.

A dog is allowed with permission and beach chairs are provided for all guests. Linens and towels are not provided, however, please ask us about linen rentals. There is a cleaning charge of $250.

    Lovely home, perfect for family reunion

    Beautiful home, lovingly kept. Lots of separate spaces for sleeping and lounging. Beautiful screened porch a huge plus for visiting with folks in COVID days. Had a fabulous time!

    The Perfect Layout!

    What an amazing week, from the moment we stepped into the house I knew it was the perfect spot for the week. The layout of the house lends itself well to privacy and together time. Each bedroom suite is tucked into its own corner of the house.

    The screened-in porch made outdoor time possible in the evenings when the bugs really come out. We have been renting vacation homes for decades, and this was by far the most well-appointed rental we have ever had. The kitchen had every conceivable item you would need throughout the week.
