The kitchen will most likely be a cook's delight with plenty of counter space, utensils, cookware, a gas cooktop, two wall ovens, a wine cooler, and an adjacent island with seating. Sitting area off kitchen with flat-screen TV and gas fireplace; walk right out to the screened porch featuring comfy rattan cushioned furniture and tables. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, with a full bath off the hall. The upper section of the home has a bedroom with a Queen bed and a bureau; the second bedroom has a queen pull-out bed, a bureau, and a second full bath off the hall.

To the rear of the house is an extended deck with outside furniture, a picnic table with an umbrella, flower & herb pots, and a gas grill. After the beach, take your pick - there are two outdoor showers, one enclosed. Need extra space for some of you? Walk to the double garage and enter the studio space for more room! This is a huge room with a partial kitchen, a full bath, a queen bed, and a double trundle bed couch. There is no TV in this space.
