Charming Cape style home situated on beautiful Buttermilk Bay in Buzzards Bay, MA.

The home is waterfront within steps to Association Beach. The home is air conditioned. As you enter the home, on the first floor are 2 bedrooms with 1 having a queen bed and the other 2 twin beds. The first floor has 1 full bath. The kitchen is a galley type with ample counter space and open to the dining area. In general the first floor is an open plan with a separate seating area, living area with wide screen smart TV. Kitchen includes all appliances and tableware. Internet service is included.

On the water side of the house is a full deck over looking the bay and the entrance to Red Brook. The deck has a gas grill, table & chairs with umbrella. There are steps to the lower level of the yard.

The lower level includes a bedroom with queen bed, a separate area with pull out sofa for additional guests and a full bath with shower. The laundry area is located downstairs. All linens are provided.

The location is ideal in that you are an hour away from Boston, 30 minutes to Falmouth and 45 minutes to Hyannis. Within the area are many nice restaurants, from Italian to American seafood. Seasonal attractions are numerous and close by. We do have literature in the house showing some of them. Beautiful walking and biking on the Cape Cod Canal is 10 minutes away.

The Cape is known for excellent fishing from shore or boat. A party boat sails from Onset, MA as well as boat rentals are available. read more show less
