Once you enter this well-appointed house, you will want to make it your home away from home! The first floor features a large, bright, and airy great room, a well equipped kitchen with all new (2020) appliances, a master bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, and a laundry room/half bath. The second floor has two additional bedrooms (one with two twin beds and the second with a full bed/twin bed bunk), with an office off of one of the bedrooms, and a full bath with double sinks.

Central air/mini-splits installed in 2021 will keep you cool, and there are also ceiling fans in the great room and upstairs. If you happen to be here in the beautiful Cape autumn, there is a gas stove/fireplace in the great room.

The private deck will invite you to share family meals as well as general outdoor R&R. There is a fully enclosed outdoor shower as well.

Many consider this the best area of Wellfleet. It is less than a half mile walk to the center of town and five minutes to Mayo Beach via walking paths. Despite the proximity to many of the town's attractions, the house is quiet and the lot private.

    Wonderful house

    We were so happy to find this bright and comfortable home. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, always accessible when we had a question. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Great location, close to downtown, ponds and ocean, private and quiet, with a nice outdoor shower. The AC was perfect and so appreciated during our recent hot spell! We hope to enjoy this wonderful house in the future.

    Amazing vacation home in the outer cape

    Barabara's house is gorgeous, nicely furnished with all new kitchen appliances, an outdoor shower and back deck, and central AC from mini-splits located throughout the home. The house is easy walking distance to town, where we regularly picked up coffee and baked goods in the morning, and dinner and ice cream in the evening. We walked over to Mayo Beach a couple of times (bay side), but also managed to visit the stunning beaches on the ocean side of town (Cahoon Hollow Beach and the others nearby are a must-visit) which was only a ten-minute drive away. show more show less

    Owners are wonderful

    We have visited this home several times over the past decade. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to town and bay beaches. It is clean and airy and the owners are wonderful landlords and try to accommodate tenants' needs in any way they can. We hope to return many years to come and highly recommend this property!!

    This house has been my home since April, 2020, and I am returning to limited rentals in 2022. I like to correspond directly with my renters and I promise to be responsive to any questions or concerns!

    What is special about this property?
    The house is easy walking distance to the harbor and the center of town, which means tons of restaurants, galleries, and recreation. It is well maintained and updated in 2020 with all new kitchen appliances, countertops and backsplash, as well as min-splits for air conditioning. You will love the bright great room and the private deck.
